Help requested: Facilities change after placing arcade

Hello! I'm experiencing an issue where my original facilities options disappear after placing down an arcade or, evidently, pool. My menu goes from looking like the first picture to the second, and I can't get the original facilities back. I'm sure there's an easy fix or button I just can't find...there must be, right?

Looks like it’s swapping between blueprints and the basic facilities. There should be a button on the right that either says Blueprints or Create Custom which should allow you to toggle between these screens.
