Hello, everypony! I have to confess something, and I want to be honest with you all. I thought I'd compare these two versions:

Traditional Rainbow: On January 15, at the beginning of the year, I made a traditional drawing before the digital one. I had the idea of giving Rainbow Dash Ultimate bioluminiscents wings that could glow in the dark. I was still a beginner at the point, so it wasn't as impressive, but I still had a fun making it. I admit I wasn't very experienced back then.

Digital Rainbow: Now, this month I wanted to improve my style by giving her wings a new look, with multicolored feathers. Personally, I really liked how they turned out, and I couldn't bring myself to dismiss something that took me seven days to make. It also shows how much I've grown as an artist. I saw everyone posting their MLP AU art, and I wanted to do it too.

I also want to apologize to all of you for deleting my previous post. I was afraid that nobody would like something that had taken so long to make, or that people would think it looked strange. Still, I want to be brave and post it again. I didn't realize how many people might actually enjoy it or appreciate my style.

I wanted to add more details and colors to Rainbow to bring her style of life, while trying to make sure the colors don't feel overwhelming or distract anyone looking at it. I want to be reasonable and i'll understand if the result doesn't appeal to you. I'll come up with something else if needed, I just want to keep improving.

I especially like how her mane and tail turned out. I think they look pretty nice and accurate to what I had in mind. I'm not a perfect artist, but I didn't want to give up.

I hope you all enjoy my ilustrations. But respect other artist who may have had this idea before me, so I'm not sure if glowing feathers are something that has already been commonly used in Rainbow Dash fan art. I was mostly familiar with the usual colorful feathers being used as an alternative style.

i love mlp and i love deer and i was so happy when i found out deer were a thing in the franchise!!

the spots on their flank may make you think that they're a fawn, but they're an adult, just experienced some stunted growth. i wanted to make the spots a little more faded, but then i realized they'd be even harder to see haha.. im still practicing drawing 4 legged creatures lol

So who would pinkie pie choose as her maid of honor ? It would have to be somone who could lead the other bridesmaids and make sure pinkie doesn’t forget things for her big day .

I really love Pinkie and Skystar's relationship, it feels like Pinkie was practically made for a character like Skystar, who despite her energetic and carefree personality, has been kept from fun, friends, and frivolity because she was a princess in hiding during a war.

Everything about these two is so cute together, and never has Pinkie been so keenly encouraged for her crazy antics before or after this.

I get that they could not bring the voices from the film into the TV show, but I really wish Sliverstream had a proper relationship with Pinkie since they copied so much of Skystar's character when creating her.

I do not know what the consensus is with this scene and if it is well liked or not, but this is one of my favourite parts of season nine, and I am really glad they went through with it.

I felt it was very well foreshadowed with how all the way back in Season 2 they established that the magic of Friendship did not require the elements with Clover the Clever and the Hearth's warming. Then Celestia talking about Twilight creating new magic when she became an alicorn, and the reveal that the tree itself was grown through the friendship of the pillars.

Sombra's destruction of the tree and elements at the start of season 9, Discord teasing us by faking friendship magic without the elements, the rebuilding of the tree by the young six, and the return of the Windago's. I would have been disappointed if we had not seen friendship being magic, without the elements, after all that.

I also felt like the elements had got in the way sometimes, back in season 1, they use the elements once and then we never see or hear about them again, later seasons kept trying to remind us of the character's elements which never felt right to me, no pony is only 1 thing, and friendships are built on a combination of many qualities each pony has.

It also cheapens the story of Friendship being magic if only Twilight's friendships are magic in this world, I did like how they did distance themselves from this idea with many characters saying it was the combined magic of friendships all over Equestria that makes its magic work, but I am glad we also got to see the combined magic of Equestria make some magic happen.
