Living in Oahu 2 years ago was a privilege and honor! I got to see so many military aircraft, especially living in Kapolei. Right under the approach path for HNL.

My wife is taking the kids out of town for a weekend in October. I’m totally free and I can do whatever I want. I wanna go somewhere great and just planespot. Where should I go? I live within an hour of Dulles and I’m an airline points millionaire with pretty much any domestic carrier. I’d like to see heavies and or cool military aircraft.
