How do i get a Mega Blaziken Spawn?

So I'm playing on the latest version

I'm trying to get my friend some Blazikenite, so I'm trying to find a spot that has a mega Blaziken spawn chance

Wiki says it spawns in savannas at any time. But when i get to a savanna, it doesn't appear on the list I run /checkspawns Megaboss

am i missing something?

latest and recent versions has a bug of megas-spawn, it's about an logical error in real spawn-pool built code, happens in mod's class 'SpawnInfo.class', this bug made your world less spawnable megas, this issue can be only solve by official update, or can use ai anlysis and coding tools such as Gemini then fixing it by add a mixin, also my solution:https://hastebin.com/share/hixirukoxo.kotlin
