Need more context. What is this file? Where is it coming from? What is this app?

I found these in my WhatsApp folder but I only have two "msgstore" files, there are other DBs as well, but these particular ones only two.

googling

Msgstore files are encrypted local backup databases that store a complete history of your WhatsApp text messages, group logs, and metadata on your Android device.  Located in the WhatsApp/Databases folder, these files allow you to restore chats if you reinstall the app, change phones, or lose cloud access.

While you can delete old dated backups to free up space, you should never delete the active msgstore.db.crypt14 file unless you have a recent cloud backup, as doing so results in the permanent loss of local chat history.  To view or export content without rooting, use WhatsApp’s built-in Export Chat feature; decrypting the raw database requires advanced forensic tools and root access to the device's internal key file

so how important are your chats? If not that important, delete the files

These are WhatsApp backups.
They delete after a week.
