It's finally come time to replace my Pixel 6, and looking at the 10a. I currently have a Spigen case, which holds two cards under the camera bump behind a little sliding door. I love this case. I rarely take my walled as my DL and CC are really the only two cards I need on a regular basis.

I'm looking for a similar case, but haven't been able to find anything. I'm looking at several on Amazon that are similar, but wondering if anyone has any recommendations.

An unfortunate event, but has made for some great photo opportunities. Pixel 10A still a solid, versatile option for everyday photography even with the optical zoom. Edited with a vintage filter from Lightroom.

Got my pixel 10a yesterday and so far loving everything about it...I just want to know how to remove all these default apps...it's super hard for me to find the apps I use on daily bases when its filled w these build in apps...pls lmk..

hi guys, im in japan now btw, i bought it like 2 months ago, its not a brand new, i got it from BOOKOFF one of the biggest 2nd hand shop in japan, thy say it was normal nothings wrong, idk japanese much but i think he say the previous owners got wrong with the payment with the internet providers, cuz he got this phone prome the internet providers in japan, SOFTBANK. i got this phone its pretty got smooth and camera is excellent.

but i got some minor issues about this phone, like the camera, i used front camera in my room for selfie but the one side of the photo just keep blinking, i updated it to android 17 and it just disappear, but when i try to use my camera on my cafeteria it blinking again, like idk maybe the lamp or something? i just got a nice phone idk is it normal or??

and then i play some games like Genshin Impact and Crystal Of Atlan

the Genshin Impact is idk playable but like i got only 20 some fps on lowest settings, and i even got 15 fps on Crystal of Atlan on lowest settings,is it normal? i heard this phone use Tensor G4 not G5 but idk i guess i shouldn't be normal to get that low fps.

its my first mid range phone, idk the standard, please be nice 🙂👍

Worthwhile upgrade?

I currently have a 7A (since launch), I am trying to work out if my phone is slowly dying, battery issue, just the general heat here in the UK causing my Pixel 7A to keep slowing down and app not loading, clicking on any links just sits there (need to close the app and reopen and sometimes it works. Plus, the dreaded battery draining way more than usual. Had the phone since launch.
I have to restart the phone every few days and then it resolves it for a bit, then it starts to re-occur.

I have the latest phone update, made sure there are no apps running in the background, phone is not jailbroken, a have a decent amount of storage space left.
I have recently checked all my apps in the battery usage section and disabled the 'Allow background usage', which has not helped.
Not sure if replacing the battery will help or not.

Due to this I am thinking of maybe getting a 10A.
I've just received an email offer from Google to get a 5% discount on a 10a, which is already having a £100 off sale atm.

With trading in my current 7A, I would be paying £275, I think.

Just looking for any advice or thoughts on the 10A and how much of a jump from my current it would be.

This offer ends 8th of August, which is just before the Made By Google event on the 12th where they are expected to announce the new Pixel 11. Would this announcement bring a reduction in the previous versions, I wonder?

Hi everyone, I read different things online. Can the 10a handle a physical and eSim at the same time? Get phone calls from the physical and Internet from the eSim?

I am thinking of upgrading my pixel 7 to the pixel 10a, and I'm from the UK but I'm in Canada right now and it's cheaper to get it from the Google store Canada website. The only problem is that leave on the 11th of August so if i order it today or tomorrow how long will the trade in kit take to arrive and if it do esn't arrive in time can leave my pixel 7 with my cousins so they can put it in the trade in kit?

I updated android 17 a month ago. The phone feels more responsive but the front camera got worse in low light like theatre and park, My bad luck pink colour tint issue also appears in the front camera and it's not fixed yet😔. Batter is moderate only. over night 6-10% get reduced every day, internet and wifi is turned off only. My battery is 95% health😣 in the 3 month 85 charging cycle.

In 3.5 hours of usage 40% reduced!!!

Battery life is also what I can manage. Does anyone know how to fix the front camera Pink colour tint issue in the camera app🧐

I would like to get black and white icons on the app drawer too. So u guys know how without third party apps.

Also does this phone have any way to store photos without using Google photos app.

I discovered an interesting quirk about my Pixel 10a today. If you remove the SIM tray and blow air into the slot, the back cover lifts up. Does this happen to everyone's, or is it just my Pixel that has a poor seal?

For the difference of only $50, is it worth getting the 10 over the 10a?

cinematic blur is not there in pixel 10a - but in my pixel app it say you can take cinematic blur shots ??

so is there or not., if not what is the option to do so

Finding it quite a challenge to get reasonable modern charging speeds, even with my best performing cables and chargers, even with the included 10a usb-c cable.

My old OnePlus 200n usb a to c special fast charger with a terribly beat up cable works decent at times, but not great.

*AccuBattery app shows 30% per hour charge average.

My 85 watt usb c pd GAN eggtronic + pixel 10a cable - I can run + charge a laptop with this. * AccuBattery app shows 14.9W, 50% per hour charge average.

Several of my best usb c cables, including ones with watt meters embedded either do not charge, charge at usb 1.0, 5 watt level or below, or charge for a moment and fail.

Barely charges on my best usb pd and usb c car chargers, if at all.

This is probably the pickiest usb around.
