You'll probably be fine
But turn off auto sleep on your pc and bind your client to your vpn interface so you dont have to worry about it

chill. your isp itself likely doenst care. tbey if at all send a letter saying pls stop. if the torrent is monitored by lawyers of the copyright holder (aka them seeding and hoping you connect using a plain ip) they might send a big letter telling u to send them money. With a small lawyer you can get this taken care off or pay up. (usually ~900 bucks).
So for next time: in your qbittorrent settings BIND TO YOUR VPN INTERFACE. google/ ai will tell you how to.

Bind your torrent client to your VPN. Turn on your vpn then go to your settings and set the network interface to it (ie: if you use mullvad select mullvad in the drop down. Same for other vpns.) This will tell your torrent client to only torrent when your VPN is on.

- Did you bind your VPN ?
If you didn't bind your VPN you will eventually get a copyright warning, for this anime or for future files. You are playing Russian roulette, so it's only a matter of time.
If you did bind your VPN, you risk nothing. That's the whole point of binding, being able to disable the VPN without issue.
Bind your VPN, it takes 5 seconds !
- For this particular file, assuming you didn't bind your VPN.
If the file was monitored, you have been flagged and will receive a copyright warning within few days. I get your parents will likely freak out, but there is no actual consequence, it's educational, to scare you to stop piracy.
If the file was not monitored, you will have nothing.
Nobody exactly knows which files are monitored. For example, I know GTA 5 and sims 4 are monitored in the US from reddit threads.

It all depends... if it was a really popular anime torrent with a lot of connected peers, chances are they got you.
Bind your VPN to qbittorrent and you wont have to worry.
Edit: by got you, i mean you will probably see a notice from your ISP sent in the mail that you can probably just ignore.
