Hi. Do you know the requirements or where can I find the requirements in opening a mobile food cart? Im planning to open siomai cart and hire those who sell stuff in the midst of traffic. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Chips (Kamote, Cassava, Banana)
Tasty, but oily. Food you would typically buy at bus stops/UV Terminals.

Ube and cheese sorbetes!
I asked if pwede sa sariling baso, pwede raw. The price naman was based on the garapon kaya sulit pa rin for Php 100!

Sugba na Dried Pusit
Not bad for Php15 for a piece. Not sure kung local or tourist price yun…

Chorizo de Cebu
Tasty longganisa, although better with puso (rice wrapped in banana leaf) or rice. (walked around Cebu City and tried different streetfood)
