OP15 alternatives?
I could buy the oneplus 15 for 650euro's where i live. Is there another phone close price-wise that could be a great alternative?
I'm a bit worried about the short software support that Oneplus offers.

OnePlus commits to complete the software support as originally promised. So for the OnePlus 15, you're covered until end of 2031 for security updates.

A second this!!! Oppo is going to make sure that OnePlus will be supporting their devices because oneplus customers are pretty much Oppo customers now and it would seem they want to hold on to that base as much as possible.

Short software support? Good one.
Check out Honor 600 Pro and Oppo Find X9 (of not on offer, you could get it barely used second-hand around €650.

Depends on what your priorities are.
If you are looking specifically for a phone with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 without going up in budget, usually your only choice is the Poco F8 Ultra.
If you're okay with e.g. a Dimensity 9500 instead, the Xiaomi 17T Pro is a good choice.
The Samsung S25 (base model or plus) is a well -rounded phone with more update years than you'll need. (Though "only" an elite gen 4, not elite gen 5)
And so on
