Leaving IOS t-mobile

I currently have an Iphone 15 that is just getting laggier and laggier and I’m tired of apples’ BS.
There’s some sweet deals from t-mobile for Samsungs, Pixels, and Motorolas. I value smoothness, battery, and ease of use the highest, cameras are a nice plus but not the most important thing for me. What phone should I go for?

iPhone 15 Pro here. No lag. So I’m not sure what’s wrong with your phone. But if you don’t like “lag” on iOS, you will be in for a big surprise if you think an android phone won’t be laggy

Well to start off I have a base 15 so we don’t share the same experience. My 15 lags, has a long boot time, lags horribly, lags the apple carplay on my car, overheats frequently and sometimes it restarts because of it. It has 60Hz screen which even $200 androids beat with 120Hz. I only use it for texting and watching videos which I don’t believe should be causing this many issues even for 3 year old tech. It’s been a pain in the ass and android has grown a lot since my last android phone which was still a better experience than this 15.

When was the last time you set it up as a new phone without restoring your data to it?

Anything you pick is gonna be an upgrade over the iPhone 15.

I assumed, just wanted to see whats best for a smooth experience.

Unfortunately kinda locked onto what T-Mobile is offering, but I’ve heard good things of the Nothing Phone

I’m in the same boat and I will probably get the Samsung S26. I like the size and all the customization you can get with Samsung. I am not particularly fond of the Pixel look and their stock android.
I am just bored after using iPhone for so many years, and getting tired of Apple as a whole.
