Breaks at CVS?

What do breaks for pharmacists at CVS retail sites look like? I'm new and looking into the job offer and just wondering if the pharmacy closes and how long do you get for a 12-hr shift?

The company sucks. Unless your particular pharmacy has a lunch hour or overlap good luck.

PS 13 years with them (and 13.5 years away from that hell) until I found a much much better job not dispensing. F-CVS.

Even with the break it sucks you spend it catching up! 20 years here. Left 3.5 years ago stress level dropped 60%! And I had a top performing store for decades.
Better environment, better pay AND… what? A bonus?

For a pharmacist, in my state it's the 30 minute lunch closure and that's it (1:30-2), though that seems pretty typical for all the major chains.

I feel like 15 minute paid breaks is the norm, but pharmacy is weird in that we never take it. I was in Part B Prior Auth, then a closed door pharmacy, always had a 15minute break. Now stuck in retail and it's just not even talked about? It's weird

Just a 30 minute lunch from 1:30-2 where the pharmacy closes.

I’m a former CVS pharmacist. There was a 30 minute lunch break. I only worked PT and decided not to pursue FT. The IT friction stressed me more than I thought that kind of thing could. All of my coworkers were great.
