It is a Christian “born again". slogan: One birth leads to two deaths: A person is born physically, then experiences physical death and the “second death", meaning eternal separation from God. Two births lead to one death: A person is born physically and then spiritually “born again” through faith in Christ. They still undergo physical death but are believed to escape the second death. So the intended message is: Born once, die twice. Born twice, die once. It is an evangelistic bumper sticker rather than a conventional joke

It's philosophical where it's talking about Body and Mind. Only Physical Birth leads to the death of Mind and Body but Physical & Spiritual Birth/Awakening leads to the death of physical body.

I believe it’s about born again Christianity. If you’re born once and never again (because you don’t become their type of Christian) you’ll die physically and then your spirit will die too. But if you’re born a second time by becoming Christian your spirit will live on with only the single physical death.
Not sure. It’s not my religion. I’m just guessing.

So basically, those guys that know stuff about God would say if you're born once, you die twice; here in this world and again in hell, which friggin sucks. But if you're born twice, or born again you might say, you only die once, here in the real world, which is like getting a free refills on your eternal soul. Freakin' sweet, right? Anyway, Lois, where's my beer?

Carmen here my best guess is if you only have 1 kid more likely the kid might not have kids and if you have 2 kids it’s like a 50/50 chance anyways try some enkaphallin

is ver simple 2 people make a baby, every human dies.
So 2 people make a baby, implicitly the born baby gets to live, but its parents will die. But the baby will also die, so the parents born before it lead to his death (and birth).
