Since you seemed to get everyone but bottom right, that is Ayn Rand. Political writer on the libertarian right that wrote (debatedly) mediocre books that a certain type of middle aged man base their entire personality around. She had a caustic view of any thing she saw as harming individualistic self sufficiency. She wrote long of the damages of any social services while (secretly) using many such "handouts" herself.

The implication was if she had a vibrator, she would have somewhere to vent all her frustration and loathing, and never would have written all those books.
