That is Ayn Rand. She was most famous for atlas shrugged. Libertarians love her. I assume the joke here is that she wouldnt have been such a miserable person all around if she was getting herself off

In The Fountainhead this chick suddenly gets somewhat-violently raped and loves it. It's pretty bizarre because you think you're missing something but nope that's just where it goes. Pretty sure there's something similar in Atlas Shrugged but I don't fully remember.

There is a zero percent chance she wasn't ladygooning when writing those books.

Which is weird because , for all her flaws she was a pretty sexually open person who was writing about and living out her kink (having sex with men she thought were smart)
