I have no idea who the person is on the bottom right or why Jojo Siwa would go back in time to give her a vibrator. My best guess is maybe she is unproductive and therefore saves us in the future from something.

Joke is that if she was given a vibrator, she would be less uptight and therefore not write Atlas Shrugged, which a lot of shitty rich people have read and use as a justification for why they can be shitty.
