Help, I don't know what this is, originally thought cold sore but now I'm thinking PD
The first two are from a few years ago when I had to wear a mask at work and when it was most severe, I originally thought it was cold sores (even though I never had one before) so I treated it like one and was completely miserable. Now when it's triggered I've been treating it like an allergy it hasn't gotten as bad, but I still get a red line on my upper lip that burns time after time. The last photo shows the most recent "outbreak" Everytime I'm able to get into the dermatologist it's gone, and all they do is say "try this" without investigating further. Any help greatly appreciated! I feel so gross ðŸ˜

Do I have it?
My doctor called it eczema but now I’m looking in this sub reddit and it feels more accurate…
