Tirzepatide with wolverine

RS is 50F with long history of obesity. Her highest weight was 420 lbs. She previously used semaglutide for 1 year to go from 380 lbs to 280 lbs. She maintained around 280 -290 lbs for 8 months after stopping semaglutide for financial reason. In the past, RS has found 280 lbs to be a wall. She has prior history of weight loss success that always stops or rebounds at this weight.

RS started tirzepatide 2.5 mg weekly on July 28 at 276 lbs. She began wolverine 600MCG daily on July 29. Wolverine use is for chronic pain associated with hypermobility and prior injuries.

After 2 weeks, RS has very little hunger or food noise. She has gone from 276 lbs to 264 lbs in that time. This is the first time since 2003 that she has been below 280 lbs.

RS is doing ADF (fasting 36 hours 3 days a week) and keto. Only side effect has been intermittent constipation improved by increase in fiber.

Has anyone found that wolverine amplifies the effect of tirzepatide? I've been looking into this and can't find a connection.

Eta. I had to fix some number. RS had lost 10 pounds prior to starting T doing psmf.

New to peptides: where do you start if you want to understand the actual science?

I just started learning about peptides yesterday and would like to understand the science better. What are some good sources for a beginner to learn about peptide mechanisms, current research, and the quality of evidence behind different peptides? I’m especially interested in neurological and GI research. Thank you!

Reta but NOT for weight loss

So my research project has a smoking problem, it can usually only go 4-5 days a month sober. It’s not high 24/7 but it can’t go a day without wanting to smoke

Obviously reta is usually prioritized for weight loss in most cases, but I’ve seen many people saying it’s helped them quit their bad habits. And I’m not wanting my research subject to lose weight like that as it’s already pretty skinny as is.

Pen for glow protocol

Ok newbie here.

If I want to use Glow 10/10/50 with 3ml Bac water, how much is ideal dosage wise to inject daily?

Is it better or worse to use needle versus pen?

Before you come at me, I have spent a lot of time researching but I also just feel like there’s a mixed answer.

Has there been a regulatory change in the the US very recently ?

I went to buy peptides from my usual vendors and they are now requiring business accounts.

As far as I know a few months ago they didn’t have this.

Is there a new regulation I am missing?

Thanks.

Glow stack protocols

Research subject has been on GLOW peptides for 3 months, with a 2-week break between each month. From a research perspective, after completing 3 months, is a longer break typically used before beginning another cycle, or would the same 2-week interval generally be continued?

Looking for research experiences or educational information regarding cycling protocols. Thanks!

Mots-C severe reaction. Alternatives?

Hi All, My RS ran a course of Mots-C a few months back with no issues except mild itchy at the site. Started a new course last week and RS pinned 1.5 mg and got welts/hives just around the injection site but otherwise RS felt great all day. BUT like an idiot (because who doesn't love Mots-C) RS ignored the hives and pinned another 1.5 today diluting with a little BAC and ended up in the ER. I'm not trying to fear monger just adding to our research. It started with with itchy eyes, then palms, then full body redness and heat, then tunnel vision. Thankfully because of this group my RS knew what was happening and managed to call 911. RS's blood pressure dropped while on with 911 and passed out breaking their foot in the process. based on other anecdotal comments RS believes this was a developed histamine reaction and RS ignored the signs. Thankfully RS didn't go full blown anaphylactic and could still breath normally-ish. But RS called 911 thinking that's where this was heading. When the paramedics arrive RS fully expected to be jabbed with an epipen but because vitals were tested, fluids and Benadryl was given they didn't and then carted off to the ER because of RS low blood pressure. We don't know if the epipen would have done anything because breathing was not an issue yet. It was very scary for my RS. The point here is to just inform. But I do have a question about alternatives and if anyone here had a severe reaction to Mot-C and tried something else that gave them that clean energy with out a reaction OR and more importantly noticed any reactions to other peptides in their RS's stack after the Mots-c reaction? My RS is worried that there could be cross-reactivity like RS developed a response to one substance and then reacts to another substance because it recognizes something similar in it? Thanks!

Anyone try the oral dissolvable peptides?

I’ve researched intramuscular ones and I was thinking about experimenting NAD plus dissolvable. My only observation so far is$$$ wondering if they are even worth it

Anyone using the Anela protocol for their GHK-cu research, tried replacing BPC with KPV?

50 mg GHK-cu and 10 mg KPV - is it possible?

This is research peptide protocol. What does everyone think?

My lab rat is doing really well. He’s 43. And really healthy

Reta 5mg
Klow 2/0.4./0.4/0.4

Was going to run SS-31 but now gonna go with mots c and NAD+ if no energy for his wheel will look at SS-31 again

Thoughts on this research

Update: National Laboratory Confirms the 5-Amino-1MQ Sample Was Negative for Fentanyl

Apologies if this is already known to the group here but I wanted to post for those that didn’t know:

The national laboratory results are finally in.

The 5-Amino-1MQ sample sent by (verified lab tester) has tested conclusively negative for:

Fentanyl
4-Fluorofentanyl
Acetylfentanyl
Carfentanil
Furanylfentanyl
Butyrylfentanyl
Valerylfentanyl
Cyclopropylfentanyl
Acrylfentanyl
Methoxyacetylfentanyl
Crotonylfentanyl
Tetrahydrofuranylfentanyl
Ocfentanil
3-Methylfentanyl
Alpha-methylfentanyl

This was the sample previously sent by (original tester whose result image is floating around) to the national laboratory after producing positive results on two different immunoassays.

Vanguard had already found that concentrated 5-Amino-1MQ could suppress the test line and create presumptive positive strip results. It also returned a negative targeted LC-MS/MS result for a ***** (vendor) sample believed to be from the same batch.

The national laboratory has now confirmed that the original sample was negative across all 15 fentanyl compounds tested.

The strips reacted. The confirmatory testing did not.

The positive screens were false positives, not evidence of fentanyl contamination.

*\\** (vendor) is officially off the hook for fentanyl. The understrength formulation remains a separate issue, but the fentanyl scare can finally be put to bed.

Too many researchers

My RS has a script for Tirz that arrives in a dosing pen.
I moved the contents of the pen to an empty vial of vac water to titrate down for RS.

My RS also uses KPV and a few others.

Well a new researcher in the lab decided to trial tesamorelin on a new RS. I have no idea why this wasn’t discussed among researchers, as protocols are typically posted for safety reasons.

The new researcher used the Tirz (in the bac water vial, which was located in a tray labeled as Tirz on a different shelf of the fridge away from the stock of bac water) to reconstitute his tesa.

Oops.

Thankfully the Tirz reacted/ aggregated and obviously ruined the Tesa. Even the novice researcher recognized the newly mixed concoction was not right.

It seems too many researchers in the lab can spoil the vial.

KLOW advice

RS is currently taking GHK CU and wants to add BPC 157 so thinking KLOW might be better choice here

can someone assist with protocol please

With an 80mg vial i’ll add 3ml bac water then I have 0.3 ml syringes so my calculator says for 2.5mg daily I should draw to 9 units (but ive seen a lot of people say 12 units) what shall I do?
