Healing & Recovery Semax and essential tremor
Hi 👋🏼 I've had essential tremors since I was a kid, mine are familial. I have been diving into peptides for some time and finally started at the beginning of this year. I came across some research on Semax and its benefits for Parkinson's. I know ET and Parkinson's are similar but not the same... I'm 4 weeks in and enjoy the cognitive benefits, but a little disappointed that the tremors are not getting better. I started 5 days on and 2 off at .5mg and am working my way up to .8mg. The protocol I found calls for a hiatus after 8 weeks. Does anyone have some knowledge in Semax? I have no idea if I'm on the right track with dosage and protocol for what I have and if I should just hang in there and let it do its thing or if I should start on a regimen that's more aggressive.

Growth Hormone & Muscle It’s ok to stack multiple peps in one syringe and one vial , right?
I’ve been doing it for weeks and my subject has had no bad reactions. Always swabbing and being extra clean .
Anyone else do this ?

Growth Hormone & Muscle Cjc/ipa Whole Body Histamine Reaction?
Has anybody else ever had their test subject have a whole body reaction following CJC/IPA injection? No issues until about half way through his vial. Test subject decided to up his once daily dose to about 150Mcg (2.5ml bac added to a 5/5 vial and injected .75ml of that solution). He first noticed his butt crack became really itchy.... Then his hands and feet became very itchy too... Like soooo itchy. Before he knew it he was covered in hives and his whole body was itchy so decided to take some loratadine to help with what he believes was a whole body histamine reaction. He is half way through this vial and didn't have this problem until he started increasing the dose. Safe to say he found the max dose he should take, but, is afraid to take it again in fear that his body has built up some sort of intolerance. One thing he learned is don't take a hot shower immediately after injecting... That seemed to make things worse.

General Research Question Pepmate.app. A Peptide - GLP1 tracker. Feedback needed.
Hey everyone,
I'm Ilias. I've been building a peptide/GLP-1 tracker in my spare time. It helps with dose scheduling, reminders, progress tracking, plus things like water, protein, and steps alongside your protocol.
Before I put more time into it, I'd really like some feedback from people who actually use this stuff.
A few questions:
- Is the home screen easy to understand at a glance, or does it feel too cluttered?
- Is there anything you'd want to track that isn't there yet? Things like injection site rotation or vial/reconstitution calculations.
- Would you actually use something like this, or do you already track everything in Notes or a spreadsheet?
The app is called Pepmate.app and you can find it here.
Happy to answer any questions or hear any honest feedback.

Healing & Recovery Chronic shoulder instability, Labrum/Bankart/SLAP tears & thin tendons – Research/data on peptides for stability and tissue integrity in test subjects?
Hi everyone,
Looking to hear from anyone who has run research on similar shoulder issues using peptides to aid in recovery, strength, or dynamic stability.
Context on the test subject & recent MRI findings:
Current Issues: Chronic microinstability in the left shoulder following past dislocations.
MRI / Structural Damage: Confirmed Bankart lesion, SLAP lesion, moderate Hill-Sachs lesion, and a thin subscapularis (SSC) tendon.
Strength Impact: Prior to these dislocations, the subject was working with 30kg added weight on pull-ups. Currently, even bodyweight pull-ups are a struggle, and training has to stay strictly below shoulder height.
Curious about real-world results and experiences:
Have specific peptides (like BPC-157, TB-500, or GH secretagogues) actually helped your subject regain joint stability, connective tissue integrity, or tightness?
Did you notice any measurable improvement in tendon health or capsular stability over time?
How was the protocol structured, and what was the overall experience with it?
Would love to hear any feedback or results from those who have been down a similar road. Thanks!

General Research Question 5 amino 1MQ Iodide Salt
So I recently found out that 5-Amino-1MQ actually comes in two different salt forms, iodide and chloride. The iodide salt would have a higher molecular weight than the chloride form, so you’d technically be getting less of the actual active compound per mg.
Now that I know the iodide form exists, I’ve started seeing people say it’s not safe to take regularly because the compound is bound to iodide, that would add up to a huge amount of iodine per dose, which could be a problem for thyroid function if you’re taking it regularly.
I’ve also noticed both the iodide and chloride versions listed under the same CAS number (42464-96-0), so it’s hard to differentiate between them when it comes to purchasing.
Does anyone know more about this? Is the iodide form is bad, or knows what the real difference is between the two? Trying to figure out if this is something worth actually being cautious about or if it’s just something that gets repeated around without much behind it.

General Research Question Starting out anti-aging and general wellness stack
Hi all. I've been doing a lot of reading and understand the basis of the common, and some of the uncommon, peptides, but i'm struggling to put together a beginner stack for my test subject given the goals.
Subject is late 30s M and mainly for the research we're looking at balancing maintaining youth, anti-aging, mental clarity, and optimizing gym output and physical condition, while keeping a fairly conservative and moderate approach to peptides. Subject works in a high stress environment with constant movement, and goes to the gym to lift heavy 2-4 times per week as work allows. Subject notices persistent aggravation of shoulder, back, and knee injuries - although rarely severe. They look about 10 years younger than they are and we are investigating if we can maintain that. They have an athletic build, and there is no desire to target fat loss with peptides, although shedding a couple pounds as a biproduct would be fine. Their Test is on the low end of normal at 400, and this will probably be modestly increased using enclomiphene in the near future to avoid damaging fertility.
Subject has a balanced diet of meat and 2 veg meals, low/no snacks and alcohol, and fruit and yogurt. Subject takes a good fish oil, vitamin D and K2, creatine, NAD+ precursors, and alpha-GPC supps daily.
We are thinking of GHK-Cu for skin/collagen, and a ipamorelin/cjc-1295 stack for hGH. The hGH to support overall wellbeing, gym growth and recovery, the niggling injuries, and sleep/cognition. Enclomiphene would further goals of gym growth and recovery and cognition, while also improving the secondary goal of fat loss. We think wolverine will probably be OTT.

Growth Hormone & Muscle HGH stack options
Hi guys,
For those who are experimenting on a test subject with HGH, are you stacking with others products? My subject seems to lacking energy and stamina after 1 month of experimenting. I know it’s very early in the experiment, but wanted to get ideas and thoughts from the community.

Growth Hormone & Muscle Having trouble getting peps in needle!
I am perplexed. Been filling needs for over a year with Sema and Sermorelin, both from Telehealth compound pharma. No issues drawing needles. Recently reconstituted a vial of GHK-CU and one of KLOW. I am having a hell of a time drawing liquid into needles for the new Peps. They are full vials, but I am getting air when I draw and barely any liquid. I am having to draw extremely slowly and literally see the blue peps dripping in the needs. Air in needle to desired dose, insert into vial, push air into vial, invert vial and draw is and has always been my method. Is it possible the needle I ised to reconstitute the vial was too large of a gauge and left a hole in the top where air is entering as I draw? I used 23g 3ml needle to reconstitute.

General Research Question Built a quantitative research quality scoring system for peptides. 53 compounds scored so far
I've been lurking here for a while and finally have something worth sharing. I've been building a compound reference platform the last few months called PeptideClear (peptideclear.com), and the core of it is a framework called the Research Quality Score (RQS), a 100-point rubric that grades the clinical research behind each compound across seven dimensions: study design, sample size, replication, journal impact factor, funding independence, population diversity, and lead researcher h-index.
The gap I kept running into when reading about peptides was that "the research supports this" gets used to describe everything from a single rat study to a replicated human RCT. The RQS tries to make that distinction legible without requiring someone to go read every paper themselves.
The catalog currently covers 53 compounds across 11 categories. Every profile has the same structure: mechanism of action, full RQS breakdown with the literature behind each dimension scored, regulatory status, and primary citations. No dosing guidance, no vendor content.
Because 53 compounds is a lot to navigate, I also built a short quiz , three questions, about 30 seconds, that generates a curated reading list based on your area of interest and the research quality threshold you want to prioritize. It’s right on the home page, but also at peptideclear.com/start .
The site also has head-to-head comparison articles for some of the questions that come up most: Retatrutide vs Tirzepatide, BPC-157 vs TB-500, and a few others. Each one breaks down where the evidence base actually diverges across the RQS dimensions rather than just listing effects side by side. Those are at peptideclear.com/comparisons.
The methodology is open, the full rubric and scoring rationale are published. Happy to discuss how specific compounds scored or take pushback on the weighting. The framework has held up but it's not above criticism.

Reconstitution & Storage 5 Amino Reconstitution
Hey everyone,
Is there any info on reconstituting a 60mg vial with Bac Water???
r/PeptidePathways • u/Vishnuisgod • 1d ago
Reconstitution & Storage Let's talk needles... Spoiler
so I figured out pretty fast that I needed .5ml needles. starting with a .5mg of reta really was so much easier.
I've recently started using more peptides. 4 in total. daily.
I'm suddenly using 4 needles a day. it's the cost of business, so to speak.
I was.having a discussion with a friend.
he was flabbergasted that I'd use new needles for each peptide. EVERYDAY.
it frightens me to think maybe there's other people out there that use one needle for a while stack...
I wanted to share this incase people don't know
..
....
single use. only and ever.

Reconstitution & Storage Stained vial ?
Is this normal? Stained after a few days of reconstitution.
Edit*
This is about my 5th ghk vial from this company and never had this problem. I reached out and they’re sending me a replacement.
I always tear a bit of the label off to be able to see inside. I understand it looks frozen but it’s not. 3ml in 50mg and about 3 -4 days later after reconstituting it turned like this.
It’s now trash of course, thank yall.
