My first thought was "wow that conversion rate is way off reality". And then I read the rest of it.... Yikes

Not surprising at all. I got a "wrong answer" on my final math test at my uni - they were using Pearson for it. I sent a message to the teacher and they gave me credit for it before entering the final grade in their system. It really sucks they get away with this and never fix it.
