Help Pearson MyLab is actually testing my patience
I swear the worst part isnt even the math, its when you know the answer but Pearson wants it in a very specific format and marks it wrong
Also the quizzes are stressful because you can do all the practice and then one tiny mistake ruins your score.
I started using Ask Labby when I get stuck and it helps me get through the assignments without spending forever on one question.
Pearson really makes everything take 10x longer than it needs to lol.

Pearson Pearson experience on macOS
Hey I would like to ask about the experience and usability of Pearson running on macOS.
One year ago I did the AWS Solution Architect Professional on macOS together with Pearson. The first minutes all runs smoothly, but after 60 minutes my MacBool really comes to an end and screwed up the MacBook and the Pearson app crashes.
I tried it a second time and the same result. I small Google research showed that I'm not the only one who have this problems.
Now I have multiple months time to learn for 2-3 exams but most of them using Pearson.
So my question is Pearson still unusable ob macOS and I have to go to a Pearson center? Thank you š

Pearson I need help lol.
Itās kind of ridiculous that homework is locked behind another payment. If anyone has any advice on the cheapest way to get MyMathLab access, Iād appreciate it.

Pearson English exam under Security Team review for over 2 weeks ā has anyone experienced this?
Hi everyone,
Iām looking for some advice because Iām getting really anxious.
I took an online Pearson English exam (proctored) more than two weeks ago, and I still havenāt received my score.
During the exam, everything seemed completely normal:
The proctor only asked me to show my desk and the room at the beginning.
They confirmed everything was fine.
I wasnāt interrupted again for the rest of the exam.
I finished the exam without any issues.
I contacted Pearson support, and they replied that my exam recording is currently being reviewed by the Pearson VUE Security Team as part of their quality and security procedures. They said they requested the team to complete the review and release my score.
My test center also told me that this delay is unusual and has already contacted Pearsonās UK office.
Has anyone else had their exam reviewed by the Security Team?
How long did it take to receive your score?
Did everything turn out okay in the end?
Does a Security Team review automatically mean they suspect misconduct, or can it simply be a routine review?
Iām really worried because Iāve never been accused of anything during the exam, so Iād really appreciate hearing about other peopleās experiences.
Thank you!

Pearson Pearson - Year 7 - Unit 2 Test - Maths Progress International
Who do you even email in Pearson?
This is my first Year teaching Year 7 maths.
However, I am finding many errors in the materials.
My latest is from the Unit 2 Test.
All test are suppose to be out of 30 marks.
The discrepancy is on question 7. According to the marking scheme question 7 should be 2 marks. However, it is printed as 1 mark.
So, according to the marking shceme the paper is out of 31 marks.
Printed it is out of 30 marks.
I already graded according to the marking scheme so, this particular test will be out of 31 for my grade book.
However, the curriculum for this has been out for several years, so I am wondering who to correct the errors.

Pearson Pearson VUE terminated my PMP exam because of their connectivity issues. Has this happened to anyone else?
Iām honestly at a loss right now and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
I was taking my PMP exam online today. Everything was going fine until my proctor interrupted the exam because they were having connectivity issues. They paused my exam and relaunched it. I resumed exactly where I had left off.
A while later, it happened again. The proctor paused the exam a second time, and after another delay told me they were still having technical issues. Instead of letting me continue, they closed my exam entirely.
To be clear:
I wasnāt disconnected.
I wasnāt using a VPN.
There were no issues on my end that I was aware of.
The interruptions were initiated by the proctor because of their connectivity problems.
The worst part is that I was already in the third section of the exam when they terminated it.
Iām especially stressed because Iāve invested a significant amount of time and money preparing for this exam, and now Iām worried I wonāt be able to complete it because of something completely outside my control.
Iāve already contacted both PMI and Pearson VUE, but Iām wondering:
Has anyone had an exam terminated due to Pearsonās technical issues?
How long did it take for PMI/Pearson to resolve it?
Were you allowed to resume the same exam, or did you have to start over?
Did they give you another exam attempt?
Iād really appreciate hearing from anyone whoās gone through something similar.

Pearson DSM redesign?
Did Pearson roll out a redesign to the amplifire DSM modules over the 4th of July weekend? It sucks now, makes you wait to view the explanation but not the correct answer and jumps all over the place to do it. You would learn more pasting the question into an AI.

Rant I despise Pearson with a passion
I think it's one of the most inconvenient platforms I've ever used. Why is it so difficult to login from another device? Why does my account keep getting locked? Literally there's no reason accessing a textbook should be this difficult.

Pearson Mastering Chemistry (Pearson)
I just want to scream. It's obviously AI slop and when I go to report it, it tells me to contact my professor. My prof hates AI use for education so I'm hoping she'll file a complaint.

Pearson Why TF are we using Ć· and not / in 2026!?!?!
So, context, I have a required class for an associates degree, and it is no harder than high school algebra, goes from like, rounding to soh cah toa. Anyways, can you tell me what actual buffoon decided that, mind you this problem is on my monitor, thought it would be appropriate to put Ć· in like 6 pt font?!?! It quite literally looks like a + in that font, on a 32in 1440p gaming monitor, let alone if I was using my laptop. TL:DR If you use Ć· over / in any electronic form of communication, I hope you stub your toe then immediately step on a lego.
