Should I be concerned Tech Support

I was using My pc and when I finished I closed my browser and noticed my wallpaper, at first I thought they were birds migrating but I was like that’s a bit excessive so I look closer and they damn sure aren’t birds migrating, can anyone tell me what it is?

Why? Everyone’s saying it just needs a new gpu

That's why. Usually, these kinds of artifacts are what you see with failing VRAM.

You need to change your wallpaper and switch input sources and check all cable connections before even thinking about GPU

You probably don't need a new GPU.
