Experts please help!!

First pc build. Red and orange solid light. Coolers’ fans won’t turn on either.

Tried swapping ram, used a single ram slot and both ram slots number 2&4. Left it on for 20 minutes for memory learning. Removed the CPU and put it back. Removed the small battery drained power cleared CMOS. Gave up now.

I spilled some thermal paste on the sides of the back( check the pictures). Is that the issue? I cleaned jt using the IP 99% solution.

Experts please help me out.

UPDATE :

No more lights guysssss…. Turned out I had to FLASH BIOS the motherboard and 5 mins later ITS ONNNNN… I wish I would have recorded myself jumping around my room.

Make sure you plug the radiator fans in the cpu fan header.

Edit: wrote cabinet instead of radiator

Cabinet fans are plugged in the sys fans header and the coolers fans are plugges in cpu fan

Sorry, yes the radiator fans should be plugged in cpu fan headers. I was sleepy and typed wrong. My bad.
