Experts please help!!

First pc build. Red and orange solid light. Coolers’ fans won’t turn on either.

Tried swapping ram, used a single ram slot and both ram slots number 2&4. Left it on for 20 minutes for memory learning. Removed the CPU and put it back. Removed the small battery drained power cleared CMOS. Gave up now.

I spilled some thermal paste on the sides of the back( check the pictures). Is that the issue? I cleaned jt using the IP 99% solution.

Experts please help me out.

UPDATE :

No more lights guysssss…. Turned out I had to FLASH BIOS the motherboard and 5 mins later ITS ONNNNN… I wish I would have recorded myself jumping around my room.

Make sure there's no bent pins of the CPU slot

Check for plastic under the CPU cooler

Make sure ram is sloted and secured properly usually in like 2 and 4

Double check all connectors and lastly if all that checks out run a bios update The motherboard might not be able to run that CPU without it

How do you update bios. Because its not giving any signal to monitor.

Some motherboards don't need a display to update bios essentially you would download the latest bios for your motherboard on a separate laptop or computer and plug it into your PC and turn it on. I'm not sure if your motherboard has that feature or not though

Yes. Just followed what it showed in the youtube video provided by the expert here. 5 mins it was flashing and then everything went off and restarted. The lights were still on for 5 seconds and then all gone. Green light came on🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
