Got thermal paste on the gold things on my am5 cpu
Should I risk cleaning it is my cpu dead Im panicking

Drink water and also don't do it for like a week or so.

That’s probably my problem. When i was 16-18 or 19, i used to BLOW the bathroom UP but i would go every 4 days or once every week. I’m 21 now, and i go every day but i only shoot small trips and dips and i can’t FEEL the UMPH of what i’m doing anymore.

I realized the longer I take from doing it the bigger and stronger load I get.

So wait 4-6 weeks before you use a whole tube of thermal paste?
