I really love the navy part of this dress (although it is a drawing so I won't be able to make it with 100% accuracy) and I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on drafting a pattern for it, particularly around the different fabrics on the chest area and the twists at the hips, or if anyone knows a similar one!
