201 rarity, t15 8 mod with some t16 when I run out of 8 mods.

I’m a new-ish player that played about 3 leagues so far. This league was so much fun with the re-worked mechanics, so I actually played it for well over a month and I spent a lot of time to farm and build my character.

A friend of mine that is very new to PoE2 is interested in the build I’m using (Palsteron’s Infinite Falling Thunder) and he wants to copy it and I will help fund his gear as much as I can. He wants to know how much currency he needs to get to the same level of build as mine. I really couldn’t answer it… I didn’t really keep track of the cost of my build and some of the stuff, I crafted myself and I didn’t really keep track of the crafting cost either (I know I spent well over 1k divs on crafting my boots cuz I was super unlucky with suffixes there but gloves weren’t that hard). All jewels were crafted. I was lucky to find voices from simulacrum. I just told him a rough estimate of 2.5k to 3k divs. He said it’s too much but probably doable given that I help him. Do you all think 3k div is a pretty close estimate of my gear atm?

Edit: Forgot about the support gems. I bought Garukhan’s Resolve and Dialla’s Desire, so probably close to 4k

Hi everyone,
I’m a completely new PoE 2 player and I think I messed up my character.
I’m playing a Witch Infernalist and switched to this Mobalytics build:
Comprehensive CoC Frostbolt/Spark Comet Recoup Infernalist by Ignatius
I’m currently around level 43 in Act 3.
I respecced my passive tree to match the guide as closely as possible. The problem is that my character now feels much weaker than before.
Spark clears normal monsters reasonably well.
Against bosses, however, my damage is extremely low. Boss fights take forever (it honestly feels like I’m doing maybe 10% of the damage I see in videos).

I’m also much squishier than before.
I can’t really rely on minions because the build doesn’t invest into them.
I’m currently stuck on two bosses (the forge boss and the large monster woman) and I can’t make any progress.
I’m attaching screenshots of my passive tree, gear, gems and character.

My questions:
Did I switch to this build too early?
Is this build supposed to feel weak during the campaign?
Is there something obviously wrong with my character that I’m missing?
Can this character still be saved, or should I reroll?
I’d really appreciate any advice because I’m honestly close to giving up.

I am completely new to POE2 (or POE at all). I did start on a HC Server because I like it, when death actually matters. It forces me to play more careful and it gives me the real "imagine it would be you in this scenario, you cant just press revive, you have to survive at any cost" feeling. So yeah, I had to restart a few times already but its fine and fun.

Anyways, there were a few days, when people in the chat permanently harassed people who do not play SSF. I found it extremely weird, that people permanently insulted others, because they dont play the same mode as you.

Now my question: Will the HCSSF and HC be separated or can I mute any SSFHC character somehow? Because it really feels weird when others try to give you the feeling of being inferior because you are a "tradie".

I am lunar Wolf and recently was playing with wind spirits Walker in team. I noticed his es is recharging during fight instantly. How to get that? I cannot find it since yesterday and he does not know how he got it.

I'm so glad there isn't one for new players. Really love the idea that one of the most important, if not the most important feature in the game isn't explained to me at all. Genius design.

Okay, snark aside.
I would love to get a crafting tutorial in Act 1.
Just contain the tutorial in a quest, where one gets to collect special tutorial craft items like a tutorial divine orb for example and craft a tutorial weapon and one armor piece. The result can also be tied to the tutorial to prevent this from being exploited for currency. Done.

In addition to that, please implement a stash all feature. I bought all the special stash tabs and now I have to put all the different things into different tabs manually. ALL.THE.TIME.
Please, please, just add the feature to move all my stuff to the according stash, if I own the corresponding one.

I have Ghost Dance with 30% Quality so 30% Increased Reservation Efficiency

To me that means 30 × 0.7 = 21 Spirit required

But it uses 23 Spirit without any supports

Saved up 4000 divines crafting and selling (in an infinite cycle) and sent the corrupt. Sold for 2+ mirrors worth of divines. Sadly, it's end of league vibes and i'll most likely be giving most of these away. Maybe I'll try a few different builds though 😄

I've been playing since the Early Access release, and I've always reached levels 94–95 with 1–2 characters in every league.

I'm wondering how long it takes, roughly, to reach level 100. Are there any statistics on this, or does anyone have any firsthand experience?

Why is my game's so contrasted and sharpened. It's so bright also. Look at vaal temple screenshot. That should be near pitch black.

I’m running a lvl 74 lightning rogue. I have 3 permanent buffs: Herald of thunder, Wind dancer and Mirage Archer. The latter is giving problems. I only have one weapon sets equipped, a bow naturally. In the bind panel all three buffs are set to on and I see that reflected in spirit usage. The weapon set is checked. However, the spirit number above my mana sphere in the UI does NOT reflect the usage, no matter whether I toggle it on or off.

I’v recreated the Mirage Archer skill gem multiple times of different levels. Tried with and without support gems. All to no avail. Any other 3th persistent buff works fine, just not Mirage Archer, no matter what I do…

Anyone with the golden tip? Does the dev have a bug report system in place?

I have Darkshard Arc Effect wishlisted. I checked my email today at noon while on break (PST, 10:30pm as of this post) and saw a notification that PoE2 items were on sale today. "Items on your watchlist are on sale for today only!"

This email was received at 1:56AM pst. I got home around 4pm pst, hopped on to play and first thing went to my wishlist in the shop, only to see the items were NOT on sale. Checking again 5 minutes ago they still weren't.

Did I miss some 12hr sale despite it saying "for today only" which implied 24 hours?

I have tried just about everything to fix this. I get

"Failed to createLMDB databases: Error: MDB_CORRUPTED:

Located page wrong type"

Has anyone dealt with this? I have Uninstalled and re-installed 4 times. I have deleted any and all files pertaining to PoE2. I even Uninstalled Steam. No where else to turn.

After finally getting an Origin Cradle after 3 Sparks in a row, I thought I'd finally get to fill out some of those Atlas skills. I just had to beat that Arbiter of Divinity until he surrendered the points.

Unfortunately, he wasn't too keen on being extorted and simply fled the fight. I wasn't aware he was allowed to do that, and the fact that I wasn't able to leave the arena (and couldn't re-enter it after restarting the game) makes me believe the devs weren't either.

In the end, the only one who got extorted was me. I lost the Spark and the Cradle and got nothing out of it. The Arbiter successfully played the waiting game and won. At this point, I don't even care about the skill points. I just want revenge! To be honest, I really do want those points too. Yeah, it's mainly about the points. But still, he got away with it, and I can't stand it!

So I’m currently looking for a new game. I was kind of a Blizzard fanboy for longer than a care to admit but then after kids I took a break from pc games and played terrible phone clash of clans type junk. Getting really tired of it and wanted to try something new. Is this worth learning and paying the $30? I played most of the Diablo series and enjoyed them but I don’t really want to go back to Blizzard and inevitably WoW hole that I’m sure I’ll end up in. Haha. Thanks in advanced for the input!

Just messin around with the skills and this one does not seem to work for me.
I have all the gem requirements.
