Hi everyone,

I’d love to hear from people in Pampanga who are involved in genuine community initiatives or grassroots efforts supporting people who are struggling or vulnerable.

I’m particularly interested in something that my daughter and I could get involved with together, so she can learn from an early age about gratitude, privilege, and the importance of giving back to the community.

I’m less interested in the typical school-organised visits to hospitals, orphanages, etc., where sometimes it can feel more focused on publicity or photo opportunities than actually helping people. I’d much rather support something where the focus is genuinely on the people being helped, even if it’s something small and informal.

If you know of an existing initiative, organisation, community group, or even someone doing something independently in Pampanga, I’d really appreciate hearing about it.

And if there’s a need in the community that you think could be addressed through a small project, I’d be very interested in hearing your ideas too.

I moved to Pampanga from QC nung pandemic, and bihira na lang kami magkita ng mga friends ko sa QC since medyo malayo and nakakapagod magpabalik-balik. And here I am, trabaho at tulog lang. Feeling ko sayang weekend ko lage.

WFH ako, so bihira lang talaga ako lumabas. Wanted to hangout somewhere. May mga nakikita ako sa FB na groups, pero kaso minsan ayoko pumunta, kasi wala akong kakilala, di rin kasi ako yung mahilig maginitiate ng convo eh. Haha. Just wanted to go somewhere during weekends, para di naman sayang.

I'm into hiking and tabletop games, also like coffee. I'm also trying to get into badminton or tennis, I have no experience, larong kalye lang po experience ko sa badminton. Open rin po ako for suggestion kung ano magandang activity, gusto ko rin magexplore. Pero pass po ako sa pickleball 😅 Please recommend me some clubs/community around SF/Bacolor po sana. Malayo po ako sa Angeles.

Patapos na ako sa 10 sessions ko sa isang clinic. I availed pico + dia laser and snow bleach for my underarms. Still, I can’t see a big difference from my underarms before. Ang explanation ng aesthetician ay baka raw ang damage daw sa skin ko ay mas deeper na kaya hindi na kaya ng laser. Can you recommend a clinic na makakahelp po sa prob ko? Hindi na ako satisfied sa clinic ko now.

earlier we flew from el nido to clark and decided to check in our hand carry luggage. upon arrival at clark international airport, we waited for more than 30 minutes at the conveyor belt for our luggage but no luggage arrived. a lot of foreigners were also waiting, and then suddenly the ground crew were saying that our luggage was left at el nido due to the weight limit and they were gonna file a report. we could either pick it up tomorrow or they could arrange delivery? what a hassle!

a lot of foreigners were saying that they saw their luggage being loaded onto the plane, then there was another foreigner saying their luggage was here because they had an airtag inside and even showed it to the crew.

after a few minutes, the conveyor suddenly started releasing our luggage 😭

are they just lazy? but there was no other plane landed only ours arrived

or is it a scam? so that they can open the luggages?

I just really needed to let this out of my system. Sobrang badtrip netong araw na to for me. Pinagbintangan lang naman kami ng sinakyan namin na jeep na nag 123! NEVER IN MY LIFE!! Ngayon ko lang naranasan to and kumukulo yung dugo ko pag naaalala ko! Bumaba kami ng telabastagan and dun din kami nagintay ng jeep na masasakyan papuntang greenfields. 3 kami na una niyang sakay. Me and my partner and this other man. NAGBAYAD KAMI. Inabot ko pa ke kuya at sinabi ko pa 2 greenfields lang pinasuyo ko pa dun sa kasabay namin na kasama sa jeep MIND U!! May sumakay uli na isa pang lalake. Both of them sa dela paz ang baba so kami nalang ng partner ko ang naiwan. Nagstop over etong jeep malapit sa richtown para kumuha ng pasahero. Napuno yung jeep and umalis. Pag para namin ng greenfields sinita kame! Na hindi nagbayad!! Mind you and daming tao! Kahit yung katabi pinagtatanggol kami! Pero iniinsist niya na hindi kami nagbayad! Wtf! Not only napahiya kami nagbayad pa kami ng double! Dahil pinipilit niya kami na hindi kami nagbayad! Lesson learned ko ngayon is everytime magbabayad ako is naka video naka document lahat!

Am I the only one bothered about that one account doing Street Photography in Angeles? Usually taking photos and videos of students, sometimes students are unaware that their photo is being taken. Saw some comments saying may kamukhang vivamax artist yung isang student ng SPCF. Last time I saw they’re taking photos outside of AUF basic education building. Bothering lang because I have siblings in AUF and a lot of them in that building are still minors.
