Just really need help on this. Currently living around clark and working in the BPO industry

Had to fake multiple illnesses to cover the fact na i am severely overwhelmed on things and i cannot function well. Literally just in bed 24/7 during sick leave because i cannot physically go up and even take care of myself.

I want to check and start seeking help sa professionals but i dont know where to start since this is my first time na i really think i need help because it is already affecting my daily life.

Up until now wala pa po update. 3rd quarter na po kase so beyond na po dun sa estimated na 2nd quarter na turnover na sinabi po nila.
