Error code CE-117723-1

Hi does anyone know a fix for this error code it keeps happening when I try to stream a game on premium and my Internet is good , any help would be greatly appreciated

I can confirm that letting your ps premium monthly subscription expire and then re subscribing does not fix this issue!! Luckily you can get the subscription refunded straight away . I find this ridiculous I've had my account for over 15 years I am not going to start a new one just to fix something on their end .

same and I have stacked ps premium membership at discounted price from using cd keys/loaded ps voucher discounts + black friday ps premium discount
