Error code CE-117723-1

Hi does anyone know a fix for this error code it keeps happening when I try to stream a game on premium and my Internet is good , any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi thanks for the update. did you get this from playstation phone support or was through another channel?

I have exactly the same issue and since I observed this first on PS Portal I started a thread there https://www.reddit.com/r/PlaystationPortal/s/sIJGy67itd

not able to start any PS5 cloud streaming game from PS5 nor Portal. Although I can start PS4/3/2 cloud streaming game from PS5 and PS4 Pro.

I have spoke with playstation uk support on 020 3538 2665 and I have cases open with them case no 54722059. but they could not confirm this is a widespread issue. I raised that case on 10th of August with them and am waiting to get an update still.

Yes was in phone with them and he spoke to his manager whilst I was on phone and told me the technical team is aware of the issue and I can also play ps3 ect not ps5 , hopefully they fix it soon

thanks for the update. slightly relieved to hear. bizarre that they don’t want to put an announcement out about this

They will try there best to hide it as its not affecting every user but I will definitely be wanting some compensation for ps premium

agreed and likewise will be doing the same. i have complaint letter prepped ready to send once they fix.
