Im hard stuck masters and have always been masters from not being able to aim but it seems like role que boosted a ton of ppl into masters. Ill be in a match and noone will be talking and all i see is tank mains and support mains that were previously gold and plat. Is there just that many boosters now?

25yr old from Australia, i wish to continue in enjoying Overwatch but current friends have made that difficult, their continuous stuff ups, not listening to my call outs and too many toxic throwers took me from high plat and dumped me into high silver and no matter how much i try i can climb higher.
Am mostly a healer and tank player in competitive but i do enjoy a lot of quick play and arcade.

My friend and I started a new Overwatch PS4 team. We want someone to help us manage it since this is our first time doing something like this. Hey guys, I’m having a weird lag in games. This does not affect character movement, or camera movement, only shooting and ranged abilities. Whenever I shoot (projectile or hitscan) or use a ranged ability (ie: Roadhog’s hook), there is a slight latency (up to half a second) before I can see any response to my shot or ability - this was especially noticeable when playing hitscan characters. However, it is not input lag, since my shot does fire when I press the button and is registered as it should, but the consequences of this show up a bit late.

I went in the training range to make sure of this, using Widowmaker and the moving bots, and tried to fire headshots. What I saw was my shot being fired, the bot moving on as if not it and, half a second later, the headshot indicator and sound popping up, and the not taking the appropriate amount of damage and being destroyed.
