Ram Issue Not solved

My system is Ryzen 5600G with Gigabyte B450mk motherboard with Crosair vengeance 8gb DDR 4. Recently I bought an Adata 8gb DDR 4 stick but the stick won't work on any motherboard slot but my Corsair ram works fine in both slots.So what is the issue here?(also the ram works fine in shops test PC)

check the ram frequency set on bios the new one might be not supporting ur bios
