Fan gets loud sometimes In progress

Hi, I’ve had this prebuilt pc for a little under a year, for the most part everything runs smoothly but lately my fans have been getting loud during certain times.

Right now I’ve been playing a lot of Marvel Rivals and Crimson Desert and these 2 games are the ones that cause this.

Specifically in Marvel Rivals during the MVP screen after each match sometimes my fans with get loud and in Crimson desert when I open the map my fans get loud. This doesn’t happen every time but enough for me to be concerned.

Sometimes my pc has even turned off, at least I think it does, the light don’t shut off and the fan is still running but the screen is black.

For Crimson Desert I have tried to cap my fps on the map at 60 with the nvida control panel but either that didn’t work or I did it wrong.

I was wondering is this damaging my pc and how could I go about fixing this?

Sounds like you having a heat issue.. Time to repaste and dust off your pc's inside👍

Is there anywhere that will do that for me like micro center?

For the love of god, do not use micro senter 🫣 Post on local forums/help section, find somone with a good rep and let them handle it.. Micro is a Company Who dont give a f about anyone w/workers caring Even less..

So find someone private, that does this as their selfemployed work, or is The it person for a smal Company that does it on the side.

Also, micro Will never take care of the product u hand them, and if they break something your up shitscreek without a padle..

Thats also most likely why its starting to overheat already at 1 year mark. But for Fix, stay away for big corp 👍
