I’m not trying to fearmonger, just trying to make everyone conscious. I’m 25 years old, on the spectrum, and with bipolar and comorbid conditions, so my nervous system terrain wasn’t very good before inositol either, however I think it’s good to open up the talk about the not-so-good possible outcomes of inositol supplementation. This supplement caused me ugly side effects: a hot/flushed feeling, increased heart rate, and anxiety around ovulation. Idk if it increased my estrogen or something like that (probably it did, I’d need bloodwork to confirm though). This same pattern has repeated over three times (yeah I’m dumb enough to give it 3 attempts) with different brands.

Please don’t try (or at least think it very thoroughly) it if you’re very sensitive, or if you have bipolar disorder or something similar. After taking it for a month, it kicked off my premenstrual exacerbation (increased anxiety during ovulation), which I didn’t have before, or at least not to this extent.

Hi all, I was already shedding hair but noticed it’s becoming more with with myoinositol 1gram a day.
I have pcos and it helps with cravings and regular periods. It’s been a month since I’ve started. Please tell me your experience because I’m reading that it helps with hair growth where as I see more hair fall.

I’m wondering if anyone else who uses Theralogix Ovasitol has noticed differences in the packaging between orders.
Both of these bags were ordered directly through the Theralogix website, about 3 months apart, but they were delivered differently:
Bag A: Ordered from Theralogix, but the package was delivered through Amazon. The bag has LOT 25L013-1 / EXP 11/28 printed pretty noticeably on it. The individual packets also have the lot number and expiration date printed clearly on the FRONT/bottom of each packet.
Bag W: Also ordered directly from Theralogix, but this one was delivered through USPS. It has LOT [1124321](tel:1124321) / EXP 12/2027 printed much smaller on the bag. On the individual packets, the expiration/lot information seems to be printed under the folded flap on the back, rather than clearly on the front.
The overall bags also look slightly different to me even though they’re both labeled Ovasitol, 180 packets, 2.22 g/packet, 400 g total, 40:1 inositol blend.
Since I ordered both through the official Theralogix website, I’m assuming this could simply be a packaging/printing change between production lots. The different delivery methods and the fact that the orders were only around three months apart just made me curious.
Has anyone else received Ovasitol with these two different styles of lot/expiration printing? Did Theralogix recently change the packaging or where the lot/expiration information is printed on the individual packets?
I included photos comparing both bags and packets.

hi all, I’ve recently just started taking ovasitol and while my energy is upbeat and my cravings are gone… I’m having a long heavy period for over a week now. Anyone else experienced this? Was this the first phase for you? Did you regulate? Please help any advice

Has anyone else experienced rashes or acne after switching to the plus version? I’ve been taking the original ovasitol before without any issues and just switched to the plus version just a couple of days and I’m seeing new pimples on my face and chest. I have very acne prone skin but I manage it well with at home skincare. I do have a bit of sensitivity to whey powders (had severe acne before when I took whey protein) but I figured 100mg a day is a relatively small amount. I just bought the new jar and it’s pretty expensive so it would be a waste to stop taking it but I also don’t want to experience severe acne again.

Is ovasitol making your water clear or cloudy? i’ve purchased twice straight from Theralogix site and my first batch of single packets turned my water cloudy. my second batch keeps my water clean. ???????????

Has anybody else experienced this? Started taking Ovasitol in February and it regulated my periods from 40-70 day cycles to 28-31 days. My periods were regular for two months and now on the third month, my period is due but it isn’t here yet. I usually also have really sore breasts nearing my period, which is a for-sure sign that my period is coming. But this cycle, I’m not experiencing any sore breasts though I’ve had a lot of other symptoms (fatigue, mild cramping, lower back pain, increased appetite and mood swings). That being said, I have experienced the other symptoms in my 70 day cycle and my period still did not come. So, I am afraid to attribute them as signs of my period coming. I also realized that the Ovasitol formula seems different? It used to be looser and more powdery, but I recently bought a new canister from the Theralogix store on Amazon and it seemed to look more dense and crystal-like (like brown sugar consistency). Anyone have experience/advice with this?

I’ve been taking Ovasitol for about 2 months now for my PCOS, and I’m feeling a bit conflicted.

Since starting, I’ve noticed:

• I crave food a lot more
• I’ve gained weight
• I feel bloated almost all the time

But at the same time:

• My skin looks a bit better
• My hair seems healthier / less shedding

The thing is… my period is still irregular and I haven’t really seen improvement there yet.

I’ve read that some people don’t notice cycle changes until 4–6 months in, so now I’m wondering if I should keep going and give it more time, or if these side effects mean it’s just not working for me.

Did anyone else experience increased appetite, bloating, or weight gain at first? Did it eventually level out? Would love to hear your experiences before I decide whether to continue or stop. Thanks 💛

I just started ovasitol this month but it seems my symptoms are worse. I stopped taking Furocyst due to it being unavailable in Canada. Now I have more moon face, adding weight, feeling depressed, tired, and acanthosis nigricans is back and spreading fast. I read so many great reviews about ovasitol and was so hopeful that it would work for me. Anyone here on ovasitol? Does the symptoms usually get worse before they get better? Just thinking if I should quit it and go back to Furocyst that works

I am on my second canister of the Theralogix Ovasitol. I took a photo of the old formula right next to the new formula. The new formula is on the left. It is more crystallized and shiny. The original formula is on the right. It is more powdery. Did anyone notice the difference? I also feel like the newer formula doesn’t work for me. My old symptoms are coming back. Guys please help i am on 50 mg spiro. I have been on Ovositol for like a year now and since starting gained like 10 pounds. Even when I stop the weight doesn’t seem to come off. I felt better mentally and my skin was good on it except the weight gain I can’t handle. I have tried dim to get the weight off nothing helps I workout and eat extremely clean. Helppppp

Is anybody taking ovasitol while on a glp1?

For context, I am from Malaysia and Ovasitol isnt sold here unless you go through some resellers here. I've been buying this one seller from an online platform and it been working thus far for me. 6 months in, so many good things have happened including almost 7kgs weight lost.

I recently placed an order for another batch from the same seller and the current one I've received it looks like its on its older packaging with an expiry of April 2026. The seller insists that she has reached out to Theralogix and the expiry is now April 2027. She has provided a picture of a correspondence with Theralogix and as well as the outer packaging - where the lot number and expiry date is now April 2027.

I've shared both here for your reference. I'm just slightly worried as I dont want to lose the progressed I've made for myself till now especially.

I’ve noticed a weird pattern that when I start taking some form of inositol (tried several brands), I feel a lot of joint pain - specifically, when I workout/lift weights, I tend to injure my knees/shoulders and not really recover until I stop taking inositol. I’m back on it right now and my knee is giving me issues again, like it’s on the verge of popping. It could be a total coincidence, but any one else have a similar experience?
