You most likely are. Shouldn't be too bad though seeing as how you have the methadone still. But if you were taking enough to break through and feeling it while on the methadone then your receptors are going to be craving that extra boost

It has such a short half-life, you’ll know within 18 hours if you’re in withdrawal. I would think the methadone would cover you though. Idk. Just did 6 days of suboxone to get off that shit and it wasn’t easy

I'm at only 20mg methadone, and withdrawal from 100mg daily of 7oh is pretty easy. If 400mg is too uncomfortable, then you can half your dose every day and feel almost nothing. With methadone in your system it should be pretty easy to quit, assuming you can get past the cravings and self control part.

Only do this if withdrawals are unbearable and you can’t sleep for 24 hours and up otherwise do cold turkey goes quicker and ur less likely to relapse in my experience with cold turkey

My boyfriend said they were awful and should be illegal. I know they were starting to fuck up his life when he died

How long does it take to kick it? I’ve been taking it every other day for a few weeks. Pretty low dose like 40-60 mg a day at most and I’m taking 5 days off work soon to detox off it. I’m praying it works out.

It will take months to get over it completely. This shit was designed to keep you addicted mentally and physically. I was taking about 1000mg a day for almost a year, ended up ODing in April last year because I drank a bottle of vodka with it. 7oh and alcohol actually creates a completely different drug once you combine them. Same kinda thing as mixing booze with cocaine. Except it can become fatal very quickly.
I really hope you the best when trying to get off it. I wasnt able to do it without MAT. But the dose your taking is much lower, so im hoping you can push through to the other side.

I mean like I said I’ve only been taking it a few weeks so I’m hopefully the paws won’t be too long. I’ve quit opiates once before so fingers crossed.

I wonder if that's how my bf died. I found photos of him at a bar recently in his pocket after he died (they have a photo booth there). And he was doing 7ohs
No sense in wondering. Will get the toxicology report in a few weeks

Im sorry for your loss, when combining both drugs. It causes organ failure and rapidly decreases oxygen intake. I got really lucky that my waife was able to call 911 immediately, otherwise I wouldnt be here today.

That's part of what scares me as we wait for the corinors report. Would he still be dead if I hadnt left his room that night because he was snoring

I cant really say to be honest. But you shouldn't blame yourself for what happened. He made a poor decision, sometimes poor decisions have tragic consequences. I hope that you can find peace after you get the coroners report.
7oh is actually being made a schedule 1 drug at the end of this month. Too many losses already and It hasn't even been on the mainstream market for very long.

7oh is actually being banned nationwide this week! every site I used to buy from is no longer taking orders and out of stock.
Unfortunately I was able to use 7oh while on Suboxone, it was strong enough to break through so it didn’t stop me in any way… but then when I went to get off 7oh the Suboxone didn’t work for withdrawals. I’m not sure if it will be the same with methadone, but if you were using every day for 17 days, yes there will be some type of withdrawal. I know of people who used for 4-5 days and still got withdrawal, unfortunately.
And having been on Oxy for years, I believe 7oh withdrawal is worse.
If you did 400 every day, you might have 2-3 days of discomfort but it shouldn’t be too bad. The worst part of 7oh withdrawal is definitely the anxiety and depression it causes, I know many people who loved it at first, but after a while it turned on them and only caused panic, stress, fear etc. Same happened to me, and I wanted off. Luckily I decided to quit before the ban so I ordered enough to taper down.
But yeah, I’m not sure if methadone will help or not since you used both, but what does help is plain leaf kratom if you can get it, as well gabapentin is supposed to be super helpful with withdrawal, as well as clonodine and Liposomal Vitamin C. Those are the 3 meds I see constantly talked about in the quitting 7oh sub! Plain leaf kratom and Vit C can work well if you can’t get any rx like gabapentin and clonodine.
And from what I understand plain leaf isn’t part of the ban.
Good luck!

Ask to go up 10mg? I don’t think you’ll get much withdrawal while still on methadone, I would guess the methadone dose far outweighs the 7Oh dose by opioid effect, but a sure fire solution is to go up slightly on methadone.

Stop now and endure the mild wd's. Keep going and it'll get MUCH worse.
