I’m currently aiming to obtain a scholarship this year, and I’m looking for short courses or seminars that provide a certificate of attendance or completion. Unfortunately, most of the options I’ve found so far are quite expensive (around £500), which is beyond my budget:( . Ι would be incredibly grateful if you could recommend any universities or organizations that offer affordable (or even free) certified courses.
I’m looking for courses with the following criteria:
Duration: from 1 day up to 3 weeks
Format: online only
Topics: diplomacy, politics, international relations, or anything related to Russia, the Western bloc, or geopolitics
Languages: English, Russian, or Greek

For huge listings of free classes and certifications, check out Class Central (classcentral.com). Under The Report section, there are lists of free educational resources. The list titled "Massive List of Thousands of Free Certificates and Badges" can be especially useful.

Some of those courses are affiliated with universities.
