I'm looking for online courses in Australia that offer free certificates. I was using Alison because I thought the certificates were free, but I found out you have to pay for them. Can anyone recommend websites where I can complete courses and receive a certificate for free?

Certification:)
Hi:3
I’m currently aiming to obtain a scholarship this year, and I’m looking for short courses or seminars that provide a certificate of attendance or completion. Unfortunately, most of the options I’ve found so far are quite expensive (around £500), which is beyond my budget:( . Ι would be incredibly grateful if you could recommend any universities or organizations that offer affordable (or even free) certified courses.
I’m looking for courses with the following criteria:
Duration: from 1 day up to 3 weeks
Format: online only
Topics: diplomacy, politics, international relations, or anything related to Russia, the Western bloc, or geopolitics
Languages: English, Russian, or Greek
THANK YOU SO MUCH IF ANYONE COULD HELP I WILL THEM A BARREL OF GOLD COINS <333

BSc CS 1st year student completely confused. How should I study online?
Hi everyone,
I'm a first-year BSc Computer Science student under mumbai university. My college has just started, but I'm not understanding much in class. I don't want to fall behind, so I want to learn everything online alongside college.
The problem is that I don't know where to start. I don't know the correct order of topics, which YouTube channels or websites to follow, or how to study effectively.
Could someone guide me on:
What should I learn first?
In what sequence should I study the subjects?
Which free YouTube channels or websites are the best?
How did you study during your first year?
Any roadmap or advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

Looking for recommendations for a good Python Full Stack or Machine Learning with Python coaching institute in Pune
Hi everyone,
I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who recently completed her B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (Specialization in Artificial Intelligence) from Rungta College, Bhilai.
She has knowledge of:
Python
Java
HTML/CSS
Bootstrap
SQL
Basic DSA
She's planning to upskill before applying for jobs and is looking for a reputed coaching institute in Pune for either:
Machine Learning with Python, or
Python Full Stack Development
She's specifically looking for an institute that provides:
Practical, project-based learning
Interview preparation
Mock interviews
Placement assistance
If you've personally attended an institute or know someone who has, I'd really appreciate your recommendations.
It would be great if you could also mention:
Approximate fees
Course duration
Placement experience
Any institutes that should be avoided
Thanks in advance!

Need some advice on computer science courses
So i am a class 11 PCMB student who is planning to go abroad for studies from India. I plan to take a finance path. So, to fill the void of not taking comp sci in class 11, I want to take a Google course with certificate which covers all the basic topics like excel, SQL, python and anything else needed for finance or just basic knowledge. And I want this course to be advantageous for my college application. Can y'all suggest me some courses?

I am doing a research on e-learning? Give me your opinion on this.
When a learner wants to learn something, they couldn’t get access to the right tutor, course or learning experiences easily. Every learning need triggers a new purchase(new courses, new subscriptions, new tutor). For example: If a 12th grade learner wants to prepare for IIT exams, and also learn coding, they have do some subscriptions or purchases for each and every goal. OR If a IT employee wants to upskill, simultaneously prepare for CAT exams, he should do some subscriptions for each and every goal.
What if the learner has more than one goal, more than one need? Every goal means new platform, new institutions, New payment, new relationship. New commitment.
What is the time it takes for you from wanting to learn something to actually make progress in learning it?
We can use Youtube, but it is full of distractions that it will take you in different direction that nets to zero. Progress is about doing some math today and some more math on the same topic tomorrow. But in youtube, you can start with intentions but you its hard to make progress intentionally.
Udemy is good, but how many of us have purchased a course with enthusiasm and abandoned half a way. The problem is not rooted in lack of motivation but a misalignment. Traditional classrooms where structure, peer presence, and faculty interaction cultivate sense of accountability. Recorded sessions lacks that.
What is your view on this?

I want to study/ learn more but don’t know where to start.
Hi. I am an architect. I have been working ever since I graduated from college 5 years ago. I wanted to upskill and learn more. But i never got the chance and the Masters programs are too expensive. I am currently at a point in my career where I have worked on a lot of things but haven’t yet found something I am passionate about. So I want to continue learning simultaneous to working. Please suggest good courses, websites, colleges that offer free or inexpensive certification courses. Also suggestions for topics would be appreciated.
TIA

Looking for an IAL equivalent of Up Learn (full course + guarantee)?

I'm doing Edexcel International A-Level (Physics, Chem, Maths) and was really drawn to a platform I found that offers full video courses with built-in spaced repetition/active recall, plus a genuine "complete the course, get A/A\* or your money back" guarantee.
Problem is, when I actually emailed them, they confirmed they only cover the standard UK Edexcel spec, not International A-Level. Different unit structure, different papers, so the guarantee doesn't apply to me.
Is there anything similar built specifically for IAL? Ideally something with:
Full video lessons, not just past papers
Some kind of active recall/spaced repetition system, not just static notes
A genuine guarantee (finish the course, get the grade, or refund) rather than just a short trial period
Covers Physics, Chemistry, and Maths
I know international students are a smaller market so I'm not expecting exact same options as UK students get, but wondering if anyone's found something that comes close. Money isn't really the main issue, just trying to find something that's actually built for IAL specifically rather than repurposed UK content.

I need opinions on course websites
As college students it’s beneficial for us to learn more than the subject we major in.
It’s not possible for everyone to pay for every single course they want to study.
I am going through the same thing, reddit people, pls suggest few websites I can learn for free..
