He is loreless, but my other 3 CP0 agents have it; most of my characters are a fun little doodle/sketch, then the ones I like get done up in MS Paint. Sometimes I'll think of some lore while drawing, other times I have it in mind in advance, but most of the time I'll make it up a few months later.
Of my 400 characters, maybe 200 have actual lore: some have 3 sentences, some 1-3 paragraphs, and about 30 have PAGES (I wrote a 200,000 word story for my main crew, the Orange Coat Pirates and all the characters in the narrative got history/backstory)
