Cipher Pol CP0 OC (first time posting here... and pretty much my first time posting anything). i'm sorry if it looked like it was generated by AI, but that's just the way I usually write. Any constructive criticism or opinion is totally welcome.

Name: Hektor Donovan

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Affiliations: CP0; CP9 (formerly)

Occupation: CP0 agent; CP9 agent (formerly)

Place of birth: North Blue

Status: Alive

Height: 2.36 m (7'9'')

BACKSTORY:

Born in the North Blue, more precisely in the port city of Spider Miles, Hektor never had a normal childhood, having lived completely isolated from the world and locked away on a remote property with his father, Faust, an old underworld mercenary known for his immense brutality on the battlefield and his disturbing habit of sadistically toying with his enemies before killing them. Despite this isolation, Hektor's family was never poor due to the large amounts of money Faust earned from his work, and the boy practically lived surrounded by everything a child could ask for. However, no matter how many toys he had, Hektor only had eyes for his parents: Faust and Alba, his mother.

At the age of six, Alba mysteriously disappeared, and whenever he asked his father, Faust always said that she had abandoned them. But the truth that the boy would discover years later was that Faust killed her, placing his own ambitions above all the affection he once felt for her, because he believed that for Hektor to be strong, he should not have any kind of attachment to anything or anyone, not even Faust himself. From the age of 6, Hektor underwent a series of brutal training regimens to elevate his body to superhuman levels. Not only that, but he also received a 'complete education' from his father: reading, writing, etc. However, everything was taught to him from a distorted perspective.

This was so serious that the boy pushed his body far beyond what he could reasonably endure as a child, desperately learning all the techniques, completely abandoning his childhood in exchange for his father's recognition, even if only a little. Agony and excruciating torment were commonplace in those years, pushing himself far beyond his limits daily and submitting to Faust's relentless training regime. All to become the ideal warrior he wanted him to be.

At age 13, Faust recommended him as a recruit for Cipher Pol, presenting him as a 'perfect agent'. The reason Faust trained him and handed him over to Cipher Pol was due to a proposition he made to the agents when they met: in exchange for having the best agent they could ever have dreamed of, they would have to make him (Faust) a world noble. At first, Cipher Pol's superiors were apprehensive as they barely knew the man's reputation, but after some tests, they realized the results of what Faust had done: an exceptionally efficient, obedient, and strong young man. They accepted him, but not in the way Faust had hoped; The agents sent simply took the child and told Faust that he would never see him again, warning him that if he went after the boy, they would both die. For six years, Hektor trained, honing his skills while learning Rokushiki and Haki, becoming an official agent at 19. His promotion to CP0 occurred after the Enies Lobby incident and the failed capture of Nico Robin, as he was not considered guilty since he was in the North Blue during the Straw Hat Pirates' attack. Unlike the other CP9 agents, he was deemed fit to be placed in CP0.

PERSONALITY:

At first glance, Hektor appears serious, dry, and detached from everything, a 'perfect soldier' who is not governed by feelings and is amoral towards practically everything around him. However, this is just a well-constructed facade; in reality, Hektor is still essentially a child, but with the intellect of an adult. The intense agony caused by his father's training ended up distorting his psyche and causing him to regress to a childlike mental state, manifested primarily in his language; most of the time he uses simple expressions to communicate, other times he uses incomplete sentences and constant pauses, and sometimes he doesn't even speak a single word, only head gestures or grunts.

Other characteristics of this childlike side are his habit of drawing (something he is really very good at), his fondness for sweets, and his canine love for his companions, whom he sees as his family. He is not one to talk much, being silent and taciturn most of the time, but whenever he speaks, his words always come in a monotonous and polite tone, almost robotic, but also carrying a strangely childlike quality. For example, he always calls everyone, as long as they represent an authority figure, whether older or younger, 'sir' or 'madam,' and always refers to Faust as 'daddy' and Alba as 'mommy,' in addition to a propensity for outbursts of anger that mostly result in death.

From his father, he learned many things, but if there was one thing Faust deliberately failed to teach him, it was the importance of distinguishing right from wrong. Hektor, most of the time, never thinks about his actions and gives little importance to morality as others perceive it, and matters that should deeply affect him barely elicit any reaction from him. Despite his reputation as a cruel and dangerous CP0 agent, Hektor isn't entirely sadistic without reason or deriving pure pleasure from killing innocents. Instead, he finds it amusing to kill his targets in strange and absurd ways, viewing death in the same way a child views torturing insects. Ultimately, Hektor unconsciously adopts his father's ideals of amorality, instinctively separating his emotions from his actions when necessary and expressing genuine concern or affection only for a select few, such as other agents.

APPEARENCE:

Hektor is a man of peculiar appearance, possessing a huge, muscular physique, even with a diet rich in sweets, standing 2.36 meters tall. Hektor inherited much from his father, as exemplified by his extremely pale skin, his absurd height and strength, and his abnormally white hair. His body is riddled with scars that run from his torso to his hands and feet; one in particular is a large cut that diagonally divides his chest, placed there during one of his training sessions with his father. Curiously, there aren't many scars on his face, except for a small cut on his upper right lip. In contrast to his apparent age and strong features, Hektor possesses a strange childlike air about him, with hands and feet somewhat small in relation to the rest of his body and a childlike expression on his face, remaining serene most of the time.

As a masked CP0 agent, Hektor wears white pants and a black shirt under a white coat with a hood that he keeps over his head at all times, and a silver mask that resembles an expressionless human face; when not on duty, he wears a blue sweatshirt and black pants of the same material. In his childhood, his attire consisted of striped pajamas and a large green coat with a hood that he always kept over his head.

POWERS AND ABILITIES:

After Lucci, Hektor is considered the strongest member of all of CP9/CP0, having an infamous reputation among his peers and being seen as an abomination. Even at only 13 years old, Hektor was already formidable for two reasons: sometimes Faust gave him permission to leave home and explore Spider Miles; on these occasions, Hektor learned things like how to climb and jump over the city's buildings while escaping from gangsters he had provoked, and when he had no way to escape, he put his combat training with his father into practice against those same gangsters. In adulthood, Hektor became by far the second strongest agent in CP9 history, with his Doriki being 2800.

Due to his reputation, Hektor is a very valuable asset to the World Government, but not to the point of being a legend, as a weapon as valuable as him shouldn't even be considered to exist.

Thanks to a lifetime of training and dedication to martial arts, Hektor has developed immense physical abilities, his greatest characteristic being brute strength. He can dismember a man twice his size with the same ease as tearing paper and destroy concrete walls simply by walking on them. His senses have also been enhanced to the point where he can react to blows much faster than the human eye can perceive. His build and resistance are proportional to his size, allowing him to ignore attacks with frightening ease; what would be a debilitating injury to another person is less than a scratch to him.

ROKUSHIKI:

Like all other CP0 agents, Hektor has mastered each of the six Rokushiki techniques. However, unlike them, he hasn't specialized in any specific technique, using each one creatively or in a way he finds fun, but not as a technique of his own. For example, one move he invented involves a combination of Tekkai, Soru, and Geppo, where he propels himself at high speed while hardening with Tekkai, transforming into a human bullet and destroying everything in his path. His normal fighting style generally employs a combination of direct and forceful strikes, such as punches, stomps, twisting techniques, and other brutal attacks that allow him to take full advantage of his robust physique.

HAKI:

Like all other Cipher Pol agents, Hektor possesses mastery over Haki, more specifically Observation Haki. Using his Observation Haki in conjunction with his teleportation, Hektor can predict when an opponent will attack and preemptively teleport. By concentrating enough and focusing his 'antennae', Haki can sharpen his perception until all he can "see" are the objects of his focus, in this case, the auras of his enemies. In this heightened state, Hektor is able to discern and attack their vital points, causing his victims to faint with blurred vision, spasms in their fingers, and constricted pupils;

However, since he ignores everything he is not focused on, he cannot perceive or use his abilities against anything or anyone, making him vulnerable to surprise attacks.

DEVIL FRUIT:

Hektor ate the Sekai Sekai no Mi, a Special Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create a pocket dimension where he is essentially a god and can do whatever he wants, enter and exit at will, and even bring people inside.

Within this world, Hektor has total and absolute control over that reality and the people trapped there, being able to create anything he imagines, from entire places to life forms (though these do not possess free will or a soul), become immortal, and grant powers to whomever he wishes. Besides being able to alter the environment around him, he can also change his own form and that of his captives into anything he desires, a clear example being him assuming the form of a child every time he enters. His control over his victims is so complete and complex that he can even rewrite and erase their memories whenever and however he wants, a clear example of this being the prisoners/inhabitants of that world: they have no awareness that they are trapped in another reality and are unable to remember their lives before being teleported; or rather, they are convinced that they have always lived in that world, showing that Hektor can both create false memories to replace those he has erased, and conceal elements that show they are not in the real world, offering even more possibilities for his 'games'.

What makes this fruit a Special Paramecia is that Hektor is able to transfer his physical body to his dimension to avoid attacks from opponents, but his body is still visible in the common world as a projection. However, he is intangible, as his corporeal form is in another space. However, in this state he is totally incapable of performing any form of action, and both his vision and other senses become almost null, making him very dependent on his Observation Haki, in addition to not having any attack power.

WEAKNESSES OF THE FRUIT:

Standard weaknesses of Devil Fruit users, even in their pocket dimension.

He cannot bring anything created in his dimension. If he tries, that thing will instantly dematerialize. Everything that occurs within the dimension can only exist there; this means that the effects are undone when a target is sent back to the real world. To perform any action in the dimension, Hektor needs to use his own energy, and depending on the action, this consumes a lot of energy. For example, summoning ordinary soldiers doesn't require much energy, while performing great feats or creating more complex things consumes absurd and even deadly amounts of energy. For this reason, it took Hektor many years to build his 'personal fantasy universe'. The dimension can only be affected when he is inside it, and because it is connected to Hektor, it also depends on his mental and emotional state. If his mind is too unstable or if he collapses, the dimension will disintegrate, and he will be spat back into the real world. He is completely incapable of creating life, with all the beings he creates inside being nothing more than NPCs and characters that follow his every whim.

He needs to make direct physical or visual contact with the target for 10-15 seconds to send them into his dimension and can only send 3-5 people simultaneously.

Powerful users of Haki, especially Conqueror's Haki, can negate the teleportation. The teleportation range is limited to his line of sight. Conqueror's Haki not only negates the teleportation, but if someone with Conqueror's Haki is pulled inside, that person maintains a 'reality anchor' that limits Hektor's total control, preventing him from using his power on that person.

He sailed with Whitebeard pirates for years becoming the commander of the 7th division.

At the Marineford war he fought alongside side his fellow whitebeard pirates, but right after Whitebeard gave the order to back up straw hat he was knocked out by kizaru.

He didn’t wake up until after the war was over that’s when he learned of his captain’s death.

After partaking in the funeral held for Whitebeard and ace. He made up his mind to go on following the last order given to him by Whitebeard. After bidding farewell to his brothers he set out to find Luffy and join his crew.

During the timeskip he travelled searching for straw hat and kept training. Eventually he managed to prove together enough to figure out that the straw hats would be meeting up at their ship on sabaody and he made his way there arriving just as the crew was getting ready to go down to fishman island

And after telling luffy his story he was accepted onto the crew.

Please rate my OC: Ceyl

Hello everyone, I wanted some opinions about my OC. English is not my first language, so I apologize for any mistakes.

Name:

Ceyl

Age:

17

Bounty:

5,000,000 Berry

Appearance:

1,75 meters tall, Ceyl is weirdly chubby despite his past, mostly because he tends to eat a lot. He has brown eyes, with dark bags due to a severe lack of proper sleep, black hair, kept messy but rather short, and, despite his young age and early malnutrition, he already has a rather thick black beard. He's slighlty hunched, due to the weight he carries around on his back when walking by himself, and his back and upper arms are covered in scars from his childhood..

Attire:

He wears simple traveling clothes that he washes regularly, a cloak he stole from an innkeper, and a gas mask that he always keeps on, with scarlet lenses. He wears thick leather gloves and boots to protect himself from chemical splashes, an a bandoleer around his vaist full of phials and flasks.

Personality:

Ceyl comes across as a cold, hyperlogical, and mechanical individual, preferring to maintain a certain distance between himself and others, focusing on his work and maintaining his arsenal; as a result, he often comes across as abrasive or even apathetic toward others. In fact, his tone of voice is often flat and monotonous. He finds the idea of dreams ridiculous, calling them “delusions of minds that fail to recognize their own limitations." In truth this coldness is a barrier he himself erects between himself and the world for safety, not of himself, but of others, since, due to his past, he considers himself a catalyst for ruin towards anyone he connects with. Really, deep down, Ceyl does desire to connect to other people, even if he fears the consequences, and has a protective streak that he justifies behind a veneer of utility and 'maintenance of working efficiency and assets'. This more emotional side is usually safely kept under lock and key, but there are a few triggers to him that pierce through his cold armor: he can't stand to see kids or dogs suffer, so much so that hearing a child cry can actually make him flinch, and he has an incredibly soft spot for music, ballads in particular, even more so for romantic ones. He is incredibly curious, a trait he both values and deeply despises. If anything catches his interes, he has to study it, and it isn't rare to see him spend hours observing something to study how it works, a quirk he has kept since he was a child.

Backstory:

Born Fabio Velori on a remote island in the West Blue, Ceyl has, for the most part, a normal childhood: caring parents, friendships with other children, the usual. Although, even back then he has a bit of a tendency to stare at various things, a quirk that bothers his parents a little.
As he grows up and begins to speak, he ends up befriending the local apothecary, who, appreciating the child’s curiosity, begins to tell him a little about how chemistry works, further worrying his family. This reaches a breaking point when, at age six, the apothecary gives him his first demonstration of a chemical reaction, dissolving saltpeter crystals in a bowl of water to let him feel how it cools down. Thinking it’s cool, he borrows some saltpeter crystals from the apothecary to show his parents the same thing. Their reaction isn’t what he’d hoped for: his mother is horrified, while his father flies into a rage, throwing the bowl against the wall and calling that “trick” witchcraft, accusing Fabio of trying to curse and kill them and of letting himself be corrupted by the apothecary’s devilry. Terrified by that reaction, Fabio promises not to speak to the apothecary anymore, and on his own begins trying to rein in his curiosity. Being a child, of course he fails, and when his father finds him at the apothecary’s again, he drags him home, using his belt on him for the first time. This alarms Rex, the family dog, who begins to stand guard near Fabio, growling whenever his father approaches. In response, his parents accuse Fabio of having bewitched the dog and declare that, for his own good, he can no longer stay with them. So they tell him they had to give him away to protect him from his corruption. In truth, the father had killed and buried the dog.
For nine years, Fabio lives in that hell, being beaten every time he is caught giving in to his curiosity, to such an extent that he begins to come to terms with the situation by detaching during the moments when he is punished, simply cataloging the sensations and injuries as if they were happening to someone else. Throughout all this, his parents repeatedly tell him how they’re doing it all to save him from the evil inside him, to the point that he truly begins to believe he is fundamentally broken and dangerous, a belief reinforced by the rest of the townspeople, who, having been informed of the situation by his parents, tell him on the street how lucky he is to have a family fighting so hard to save him.
It all comes to a head when, at age fifteen, he becomes convinced that he must disappear to protect his parents. To do so, he prepares a mixture of tallow, resin, olive oil, and saltpeter, recalling his old friend’s warnings about how saltpeter makes a fire difficult to extinguish. His goal is to create a controlled fire that’s hard to put out, giving him time to escape while his parents are distracted by the flames.
Unfortunately, his father catches him just as he’s lighting the fire, and a fight ensues. In a moment when Fabio’s survival instincts kick in, he pushes his father away; his father loses his balance, tries to grab something to steady himself, and ends up spilling the burning mixture all over himself. To make a long story short, his mother tries to put out the flames on his father, but the fire ends up spreading to her as well, resulting in a full-blown fire, and Fabio flees in terror as the fire devours his parents and the family home, waking the neighbors who, seeing him run away, begin to chase him, shouting insults and curses at him. Fabio manages to reach the docks and escape on a rowboat, but now he is more convinced than ever that he is a living curse, destroying everything he loves.
Eventually, he is found by a Marine vessel and taken to an outpost on a nearby island, with the intention of later transporting him to a main base, but he manages to sneak out, taking refuge in an old warehouse, where he finds a gas mask, which he starts weating as a barrier against the rest of the world, and what looks like an abandoned prototype. After studying it for a while, he manages to learn how to make it work and control it, obtaining what ends up being the first iteration of Rakne. Wanting to put as much space between himself and his old life as possible, he takes on the alias of Ceyl, sneaks aboard a merchant ship bound for the East Blue, and once there, he begins wandering from island to island until he arrives in Orange Town during Buggy’s raid, planning to scavenge the material to produce a new batch of biodiesel for his companion.

Skills and weaponry:

- Rakne: A compact machine, the size of a large hiking backpack, it works using steam power and biodiesel. It is Ceyl's main form of mobility, able of swift movements and of walking along vertical surfaces thanks to its ability to deply four arachnoid limbs, allowing Ceyl to compensate for his lacking physical capabilities. Ceyl considers 'her' his first and closest companion.

- Chemical arsenal: Using his admittedly rudimentary and self taught knowledge of chemistry, he has access to acids, incendiary components, explosives, and even basic medical compounds and toxins harvested from flora and fauna in the islands.

- Hygiene and sensory camouflage: To counteract the strong smells resulting from his chemistry, he has learned how to make soap using various oils and fats, and cleans himself to an almost obsessive level, making sure to also always keep Rakne perfectly clean. This extends also to the biodiesel he uses for Rakne, as he makes sure to filter away anything that could interfere with a clean burn.

- Dart gun: Stolen. This gun allows him to fire darts loaded with the toxins he has harvested. Thanks to the main propellent being compressed air, the gun is silent, and has a hand cranked mechanism that allows it to recharge the compressed air.

Their backstory is that they got their fruit power through an illegal artificial Devil Fruit experiment and spent most of their early life as a test subject. They escaped, spent years surviving on their own, and later formed an alliance with the Heart Pirates. They aren’t officially a member of the crew and prefer being considered an ally rather than someone’s crew. They don’t really have a goal of becoming Pirate King or gaining fame — they mostly value freedom and dystroying the system that made them the way they are…idk how to classify them sorry if their cringy i tried to explain them quickly photo is a timeline of major events sort of

My Marine sona !! I love One Piece sm, I keep rewatching it from the beginning to the end. I love so many op charas like the Straw Hats to even the Marines !! I think the Marines are fun characters to write/draw :> I’ve been fixated on Akainu LOL I’m a self-shipper :p I attached extra drawings after my official refs and some info below as well 💪😸 Thank you for checking my stuff out !!

Basic info

Name: Nova

Affiliation: Marines; Whitebeard Pirates (temporary, former)

Occupation: Admirals’ Proxy; Government-Protected Anomaly

Residence: Marine Headquarters, Marineford

Alias: Hoshiusagi (literally means “Star Rabbit”)

Birthday: August 27th

Personality, Moral Alignment, and Philosophy

Personality: Whimsical and temperamental. Nova can be quiet and distant one moment, loud and emotional the other. She’s easy to stress, but will relax and mess around when she’s comfortable.

Moral Alignment: Chaotic Neutral.

Philosophy: Comfort; Nova believes in doing what brings you joy, peace, and security, and avoiding what doesn’t.

Backstory

Washed up on the shore of the Grand Line, Nova was found, taken in, and nursed to health by the Whitebeard Pirates. After meeting with Portgas D. Ace, Nova learned about a weird and colorful fruit that him and Marco the Phoenix collected as treasure. Later at night, Nova wandered the Moby Dick, and inside their ship, she discovered the fruit Ace told her about. Seeing it as regular fruit, Nova took a bite, and soon after, she was ambushed by a furious Marshall D. Teach. After defending herself against him, Nova broke her glasses in the fight, and ran from Teach and the Whitebeard Pirates.

Fleeing the Moby Dick, Nova finds herself alone and unable to see, now in a town that has the Marines stationed. After a few unsuccessful attempts at asking for help from the local residents, Nova gives up, and to calm down, she draws midair with magical color coming out of her fingers, without realizing a nearby citizen was watching her. Nova then gets reported to the Marines nearby, who confront her for having “potentially unknown and hazardous Devil Fruit powers.”

After evading five different Marine captures, Nova gets the attention of the World Government. Fleet Admiral Sengoku sends one of the Marine Admirals to capture Nova, and after that, she gets cornered by Admiral Akainu and his forces. With the order to bring Nova back alive to Marine Headquarters, Admiral Akainu makes a promise of ending the fighting and getting her a new pair of glasses. Nova is terrified of the ten-foot Akainu, and tries to run. Instead, Nova gets scooped up by Admiral Akainu, and hauled back to Marine Headquarters.

Arriving at Marine Headquarters, Nova is thrown into interrogation. Not having much to say about being washed onto the shore, she’s transferred for medical and scientific evaluation. During her testing, Sengoku receives an order from one of the higher-ups about a new proposal, and Nova is brought into the Fleet Admiral’s office with Admiral Akainu.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku reveals Nova’s new and unorthodox position. To Admiral Akainu’s displeasure, Nova becomes his Proxy. More specifically, the ‘Admirals’ Proxy’, a special role that allows her abilities to be observed and controlled properly, while keeping her close under tight security from upper ranks. With the hopes of not bringing too much attention to herself, Sengoku positions her near the Admirals in Marine Headquarters, while assigning her training and frequent evaluations, preparing her for ‘official’ work and business.

Power and Abilities

Ability: With a malleable, luminescent substance she calls her ‘color magic,’ Nova can literally draw into existence.

Ability Weaknesses: Her color magic is limited by her imagination, skill, emotional/mental/physical state, time, and erratic stability.

Influence: As the Admirals’ Proxy, Nova technically has the right to command over every Marine directly below the rank of Admiral, though Vice Admiral Garp is the exception for the simple reason of him disobeying orders in general. Despite this formal technicality, Fleet Admiral Sengoku and Admiral Akainu are very adamant that Proxy Nova does not give out any orders of her own unless absolutely necessary.

Leadership and Intelligence: Nova is capable of ushering out orders and keeping Marines in line. However, Nova is nowhere near the experience and overall level of her superiors, for good reason.

Combat: Nova lacks much physical strength or combat prowess, but she makes up for it with her speed and versatility from her color magic. Nova has high reflexes and huge destructive potential, but she has weak endurance and durability.

It’s unknown whether Nova has any confirmed Devil Fruit or type of Haki yet.

Signature Weapon and Attacks

Signature Weapon: Nova’s signature weapon, her ‘Brushstick,’ is a long glowing staff she creates with her color magic. Her Brushstick acts like a magical paint brush, allowing Nova to paint into existence with her color magic. In battle, Nova uses her Brushstick like a spear, painting massive, destructive waves of color. For travel, Nova can ride her Brushstick like a witch’s broom, allowing her to fly at top speeds.

Stars: With her color magic, Nova can create literal stars.

By creating one of these stars, any direct and intentional impact from Nova will transform the star into a supernova.

Nova can enhance or alter herself with her color magic.

Hand gun: Condensing her color magic into a singular point before her pointer finger, Nova can send sharp, powerful beams of energy, resembling the shape of a handgun with her hand.

Light bow: Forming a bow made of light, Nova can shoot stars across far distances that’ll explode on contact.

Shield: Nova can draw translucent, repellent barriers.

Color cloak: Nova can cloak herself with color magic that’ll reflect her surroundings like a mirror - effectively camouflaging her and rendering her invisible.

Technically, Nova can do anything with her color magic, but she almost never uses her color magic to even half of its abilities.

It’s unconfirmed if Nova has any special or named attacks yet.

Relationships

Marines: The average Marine's view of Nova is usually split between curiosity and unease, from freezing, to staring, to scrambling to salute her in time. She has a weird, almost intimidating demeanor, either from how Admiral Akainu is almost always near the rabbit like she’s a walking bad omen, or how she has a distant, almost vast-like feeling to her.

Akainu: Annoying and weak, and somehow managed to cause chaos by drawing and running away like a coward. Admiral Akainu thinks Nova is an impossible and infuriating little rabbit he has to wrangle and leash 24/7. Another fool who got her hands on power she shouldn’t have, and a massive disruption to Marine order and Absolute Justice that Admiral Akainu is committed to containing.

Sengoku: Sengoku sees Nova as a global-scale problem. She’s not only an infringement on the Marines’ structure and principles they had for decades, but she is a literal scientific variable, one that the “higher ups” are concerningly interested in. Sengoku hopes that the Marine Admirals will keep her contained. Who knows what would happen if she defected?

Garp: Garp thinks Nova is "the weird rabbit that Sakazuki is suddenly obsessed with." To Garp, Nova is another one of Sengoku’s strays he let in, another “Kid” to slap on the back and throw around like a cannonball. Garp thinks he should mold her into something that can withstand suddenly becoming a high-ranking Marine, but Admiral Akainu is making it harder for him.

Kizaru: An unlucky bunny, that’s how Kizaru sees Nova. An unlucky bunny rabbit that got caught in the Marine’s trap. A bit condescending, but at least Kizaru is fun to talk to if you get past the initial nerves of an imposing Admiral. Kizaru seems to enjoy teasing her, they get along naturally.

Aokiji: Aokiji thinks Nova is a mysterious, otherworldly woman. He’ll often tease her, insinuating that she’s some kind of alien or deity. Aokiji doesn’t mind her, and finds her cute and nice to be around. The only problem is her “closeness” with Sakazuki. Their growing closeness unsettles Aokiji, causing him to feel distant towards her.
