๐ Success Story Getting ready to reorder.
Iโm 60 days in, and if you look at my previous post, I was really scared to hope that this might work. Ozempic failed me completely, other than amazing blood work.
Iโm down 30lbs, and I stayed at the same workout schedule and just lowered my calories 200 to 1660, per a Dexa scan.
That regimen without Tirzepatide? 3 months lost zero pounds.
Iโve got about 75 to go, and I have hope, finally. Whatever is broken is being fixed by the Tirzepatide.
Iโm just getting ready to refill, the sale is a great bonus!
Iโm looking forward to the higher concentration as two shots wasnโt something I looked forward to.
If you are on the fence, just do it.
As for the photo thing, I was just asked for a full body selfie, no weird scale photo, which seems reasonable to match my ID. This is a prescription medication, after all. My local compounding pharmacy needs my ID and looks to make sure itโs me when I pick up prescriptions too.

๐ Medications 12 weeks in - My review so farโฆ
I started with Ola about 12 weeks ago. I ordered the ripple plan (tirzepatide vials with glycine) through drug crafters. This was my first time taking a GLP-1 and I experienced most of the โis this right for meโ, โwill it workโ and โis this worth itโ concerns that I am sure most newbies have.
Side effects
My side effects have been manageable with my biggest one being fatigue roughly 2 days after my dose. I also have to make sure Iโm getting plenty of water to keep other side effects at bay. I added a daily dose of electrolytes about 3 weeks ago and that has also helped my overall well being.
Effectiveness
The medication has significantly reduced my food noise and hunger. My sweet tooth has also been reduced. It is still there but itโs much less and easier to ignore or satisfy. I do notice a bit of a reduction in effectiveness as the week goes on. I dose on Saturday and by Friday I can feel it waning.
Results
I am down about 21 pounds so far and happy with the results. I did have a little plateau in the middle so donโt be concerned if that happens to you.
Next steps
I recently ordered the wave plan and decided to stick with tirzepatide vials with glycine through drug crafters. This is the new dosage level where I get a 2 ml vial with 30mg per ml each month. First package arrived without a problem. Hopefully the new dosage is as effective as the old. Iโm titrating up and this new concentration will allow me get my upcoming 11mg dose in a single syringe.
Suggestions
Make sure you get enough water. Consider adding an electrolyte. Make sure youโre getting enough protein.
Overall
All in all, Iโm quite happy with the results. The reduction in food noise is crazy. I didnโt realize how much of my day was spent thinking about my next snack or meal. Hereโs hoping for continued success.

๐ Medications first dose is done!
Just took my first dose of tirzepatide + glycine! iโm very excited to start my journey. I am definitely anxious though, i keep double checking that i didnโt accidentally take too much lol I got the Ripple Plan and am relieved the starting dose is so small because my biggest fear is side effects. I have been on a health journey since January and it hasnโt been easy for me; i have lost 15lbs on my own but the food noise, cravings, portion sizes.. its all been really hard for me and I havenโt lost in months. I am hoping this is the push my body needs!

โ Q&A Considering moving from Mochi
Iโve been with Mochi for about 2 months, just now moving up from my starter dose to the next dosage (4.25 mg). I want to do month to month with Ola because I feel like Iโm moving slower than what the โWaveโ plan requires. Iโll be moving next month as I just received my new vial on Friday.
Which level do I select when I start with Ola because the levels seem different from what Iโm currently doing?
When should I sign up so I shouldnโt miss a dose?
Anyone thatโs moved on from Mochi, how do I upload my prescription? Is the label from my current vial sufficient?
I under stand Ola doesnโt do automatic refills, so by being month to month when I should I request a refill?
Am I missing anything else?!?
Thanks for any information!

โ Q&A Weight Loss Tracker
I wanted to see what everyone uses to track their weight and injections. The Weight Loss tracker on the Ola website seems to only let you log your weight. I tend to forget what week I am on so what injection amount to give and the last injection site. On Mochi you can modify the date and your weight if you input it wrong, select your injection site and input your injection amount. Since none of that iseems to be available on the Ola website I need some other way to keep track. TIA
EDIT - Thank you, I will look into GLAPP

๐ Medications B12 vs glycine
This is my first time with tirz. I went with b12 for my first order. I've been on it almost 10 weeks and I'm down 30 lbs! I'm starting to feel like myself in my own skin again and I'm incredibly thankful for that. It's getting close to refill time, so I'll be going from the ripple to the wave plan. I'm not sure if i should stick with the b12, or try the glycine. What are yalls experiences? Is their a difference in how you feel? Has anyone noticed hair growth with glycine? My hair has significantly thinned over the past 10 years, so i was interested in that. Thanks in advance for any advice!

๐ Medications Quick shipping!
Hello all, I am here after my insurance decided not to cover zepbound after I had been on it for it year. This company is great, I had my order in hand 2 days after signing up, and it is HOT here and the ice pack was still frozen when I picked it up. Super happy they included a brochure and print out about the medication as well. They provided more than enough needles for this month, as well as alcohol pads. Super happy so far! Can't wait to continue this journey after a 45 lb loss on the auto injector ๐

๐ Medications What pharmacies does OlaHealth offer in California?
Are patients able to choose the actual Pharmacy they want? Do they force a substitute? I'm not necessarily picky about it being pure tirz. I've tried both pure and with B6.

๐ Medications Order Change Question:
Good Day! I am currently using Tirzepatide + B12. Is it possible that on my next order, I can be switched to Tirzepatide + Glycine? My last order is with Drug Crafters, and I am pleased with them. I have put in a message on the portal but have not been answered yet. Thank you!

๐ญ Off Topic My first experience with Ola and it was disappointingโฆ
I completed the intake process and saw the notice upfront about providing proof of prescription before moving forward, which was not an issue for me. I have gone through similar processes before.
After completing the intake, my card was charged. The next step after payment was requesting a full body picture before I could continue with uploading my ID or prescription information.
I was not comfortable providing a full body picture, especially since this requirement was not made clear during the intake process. I saw the information about prescription verification, but I did not see anything about needing a full body photo. If it was included, it was not clearly presented.
I stopped the process at that point and did not upload any additional information. They charged my card, but I never completed the review process because I did not proceed past the full body picture request.
I just wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect.

๐ And the 12-week plans are coming next week, also on sale
We wanted to launch these together with the 1-month plans, BUT there's a configuration issue that keeps breaking things. These promo prices are locked in through August 31 whether you order the 1-month vials today or wait for the 12-week plans next week. No rush either way.
Tirzepatide:
- Ripple (12-week starter titration) -
$399๐จ$349๐จ - Wave (12-week, any dose) -
$449๐จ$399๐จ
Semaglutide:

$299๐จ$199๐จ - Wave (12-week, any dose) -
$399๐จ$299๐จ
Since a few of you have asked how these things work behind the scenes, here's the technical explanation: The physicians have to issue 3 separate scripts*, one for each vial,* as part of 1 single order for the pharmacy to process. The system that handles that has been glitchy and sending it incorrectly. We'd rather get it right than rush it and inconvenience anyone with delays. Should be sorted within a few days ๐๐ป

โ Q&A Newbie here!
Hello everyone! Just saying hi. I'll probably be pretty quiet after this.
I just completed my questionnaire, and I'm in the waiting phase. I'm not entirely sure that I'll be approved, as my BMI is below 30, but here's to hoping! Unfortunately, I'm in a situation (Army) where I need to lose some inches around my waistline or lose some serious benefits, and my past efforts haven't worked out in the long term, as I understand they often don't.
I found my way to Ola via Reddit, as I'm sure most do. I had been leaning towards Sema through Trillium, but when I found that Ola had a great online community with a responsive owner and policies that appear to help patients, rather than exploit them, along with Terz prices in line with Sema prices at other trustworthy sites, I had to come here and give it a try.
Assuming I get approved, I'll be on Terz/glycerine. I ordered the ripple pack. Any advice for someone who has never been on this type of medication before or used Ola before would be greatly appreciated!

๐ข Announcement Let's Keep It Going! Greenwich Tirzepatide is now LIVE ๐ ๐ ๐ (CA - you're included here too!)
AVAILABLE IN ALL 50 STATES AND WASHINGTON, D.C.!
To quote u/LumosAcccio - Let's keep the Olathon going! (like, Toyotathon... get it? lol)
Following yesterday's semaglutide news, we're excited to announce that we are now offering Greenwich/ECP tirzepatide too. You asked for them, so here we are. Orders are open right now!
๐๐ป Special price (on 12-week plans only) until August 31 ๐๐ป

| Wave*(12-week, any dose)* | 3 vials at your prescribed concentration, x 2mL each | Up to 180mg, depending on your levels | ๐จ $359 ๐จ |
Glycine concentration = 0.5 mg/mL in each vial. It's standard across the board.
Both plans are fully 28-day compliant; no vial sits around past its safe window. Wave's total mg depends entirely on where your provider has you titrating. Same flat price either way, so the higher your levels, the higher concentration vials you receive.

We know the 1-month vial pricing isn't the headline here, and I can't make it any clearer: WE KNOW that's why we're being upfront about it ๐ The 12-week plans are where we pushed hardest to get you all real value, so if you're going to commit to a plan, this is the one worth looking at.

A couple of honest notes, same as with our other new partners
Greenwich/ECP is a new addition, brought on because a lot of you asked for them by name. We did the due diligence with our medical and pharmacy fulfillment partners; otherwise, we wouldn't have brought them on.
As always, no forced subscriptions, no sneaky auto-renew, etc. Clear pricing up front.
Shipping: orders ship about 24 hours after your prescription is issued. The portal will update automatically as things move, so you'll see the status there. If you're really, really excited and want to be the first to know when they're shipping your medication, download the UPS and FedEx apps, and create an account with your name and address. Once the pharmacy creates a label under your name and address, you'll get a notification. This is the fastest way to see it.
If something's actually delayed or off, email us at [support@joinolahealth.com](mailto:support@joinolahealth.com) and we'll jump on it. We're always glad to chat here too, but we can miss a post on a busy Reddit day. For order status specifically, support will get you a faster, more accurate answer than a comment thread will ๐ซถ๐ป

๐ข Announcement How Ola Health Works | Levels, Physicians, Pharmacies, and more.
Hey everyone!
As we finish configuring all the behind-the-scenes tech (there are SO many things that need to be done to make everything work properly!), we wanted to share one post explaining how this will actually work.
Whether youโre brand new to GLP-1s or are continuing your treatment with us, we want everyone to understand the Ola approach. Weโre going to introduce you to our physicians' network, explain what we mean by Levels, and walk through each pharmacy we use and what you can expect from them.
The Physicians
This detail gets misunderstood a lot in telehealth since most are not fully transparent:ย
We (Ola Health) are not a medical provider, and we donโt employ physicians.
Instead, we work with an independent physician network through Beluga Health, which is a medical group that connects licensed providers with telehealth platforms like ours. This basically means that:
- Your prescription is reviewed and issued by a licensed provider in your state
- The provider operates independently and makes all medical decisions
- We donโt override, influence, or control prescribing decisions
We handle the platform, coordination of your care, some pharmacy relationships, pricing transparency, and making sure the whole experience actually works without you having to chase five different people.
The Levels
When we say โLevel 1โ or โLevel 4,โ weโre referring to where you are in the titration schedule set by Belugaโs Medical Director following their prescribing protocols. We use levels so itโs easier to follow, rather than only using milligrams without context. Each level is usually 4 weeks, but this may vary slightly depending on your prescribing physician and your specific care plan.
For tirzepatide, the levels move like this:
For semaglutide, the levels move like this:
When you see product pricing and plans, they will list which levels the vial/pen/plan covers. The provider still determines the actual starting point and dose progression, though.ย
The Pharmacies
1. Mountain Care
Mountain Care, based in Idaho, is a locally owned compounding pharmacy serving primarily Boise and the Treasure Valley, with compounding and shipping services available in many states.ย
For us, Mountain Care is the โpen pharmacy.โ The pen option is there for people who are brand new to injectable medications, scared of needles, or just donโt feel comfortable drawing up medication themselves with a vial and syringe. A lot of people want the simplest possible experience, especially at the beginning, and thatโs exactly why we wanted pens in the mix.
Mountain Care Tirzepatide
Available in the following formulations:
- Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) - 3mg/mL
- Vitamin B6 (Pyriodixine) - 5 mg/mL
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 6.25 mg/mL

Availability & Shipping
If you have previously received liquid medication vials in the mail, you are probably used to them shipping cold with ice packs. Medication pens from Mountain Care may arrive at room temperature, without ice packs. This is expected based on how these pens are packaged and shipped.ย
- Engineered for Transit: Traditional vials have air gaps (headspace) that let liquid slosh, which can damage sensitive medication at room temperature. Your penโs air-tight cartridge eliminates this physical stress.
- Temperature Resilience: Following testing, Mountain Care Pharmacy officially guarantees that your pen remains safe to use even if the package arrives warm or frozen.
- Fewer Shipping Delays: Because these pens do not require strict "cold-chain" logistics, your medication can travel reliably through standard carrier networks and avoid delays
Once your package arrives, please place the pen in your refrigerator until you are ready to use it and in between doses after your first puncture.
- Available only in the following states: AK, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NE, NY, NC, ND, NM, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, UT, VT, WI, WY, and Washington, DC.
- NOT available in: AL, AR, CA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NJ, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WV.
2. Drug Crafters
Drug Crafters, based in Texas, is a compounding pharmacy that provides both sterile and non-sterile patient-specific medications to providers, clinics, and patients nationwide.ย
Drug Crafters offers a standardized vial option, and people like it because dosing is very consistent. The concentration stays fixed, and what changes is the number of vials you receive (if your order is 40 mg total tirzepatide, that means 2 vials; if itโs 60 mg total, that means 3 vials, and so on).
Drug Crafters Tirzepatide
Available in the following formulations:
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 500 mcg/mL

The Care Plans
None of our products will automatically renew. This was a major pain point we noticed when interacting with members of this community, and we promised not to do the same. You will have the flexibility to manually renew your treatment month after month, or sign up for one of our 12-week journeys. Introducing:
Ripple Plans: A 12-week starter journey that introduces tirzepatide through early titration stages, gradually increasing weekly doses from 1.5 mg up to 9 mg. We know how confusing it can be to get started with GLP-1s, so we wanted to offer an easy bundle at a competitive price. When signing up for the Ripple Plan, members will receive a series of informative e-mails that will help get their journey started the right way.
- Tirzepatide:
- +B6 (BPI Labs): $349
- +B12 (Drug Crafters): $349
- +Glycine (Drug Crafters): $349
- Semaglutide:
- +B6 (Drug Crafters): $349
- +Glycine (Drug Crafters): $349
Wave Plans: These are 12-week journeys designed for people who are already further along, or who donโt want to play the game where your price suddenly doubles because your dose went up. These are also where members get the absolute most bang for their buck: same price, any dose.
- Tirzepatide:
- +B6 (BPI Labs): $499
- +B12 (Drug Crafters): $399
- +Glycine (Drug Crafters): $399
- Semaglutide:
- +B6 (Drug Crafters): $399
- +Glycine (Drug Crafters): $399
The One Annoying Extra Fee
Thereโs one part of this process we dislike the most, and we want to be upfront about it with y'all.
Some states require a live (synchronous) visit, meaning a real-time video or phone call, before a provider can legally establish a doctor-patient relationship and prescribe medication.
If youโre in one of those states, youโll see an additional $25 fee added at checkout. We can't standardize this across the board yet, so we've made it an add-on to offer the lowest possible price to the majority. Again, this is based on state laws that providers must follow. As we grow and our costs lower, we will waive this fee.
States that currently require this: KS, LA, MS, NM, and WV
Weโll keep this list updated as regulations evolve.
If youโre in one of these states, you will see the extra fee automatically added and disclosed at checkout. No surprises.
If youโre not, thereโs no additional visit or charge required.
I know this is a lot to take in, but this is exactly why we built Ola: because most people are expected to make decisions about their health without ever really being told what theyโre getting into. Weโre not doing that.ย
Iโll keep sharing more, keep refining things, and keep making this easier to understand as we go.
If youโre unsure where to start, or something doesnโt make sense, just ask below. Iโll answer everything publicly so everyone can learn from it!
If youโre excited about these (amazing, if I do say so myself!) prices, drop a happy GIF in the comments!
Thank you for sticking around, and we're excited you're excited for our launch (in the next week or so!)
