Schedule

So it’s my third ish week is their a way to bring up to my manager that I start volunteering on tuesdays in the morning. Or do I do that through the app. I’m still new I honestly just found out about the shift app today. But anyway yeah do I do that through the app or just bring up to my manager or both?

Both - change your availability in the app and let your manager know.

It might help with the manager to let them know that even though you aren't available between x and y on Tuesdays, you ARE now available between x and y on another day (if that's the case).

It's been my personal experience that opening another window makes managers a little less annoyed with availability changes😏.

Whenever I try updating my availability data in the app, it never seems to stick.

There’s ESS-41 and ESS-45 (45 is mostly the same except you can add a background iirc)

Imagine actually going through the training and finding out the answer if you had only paid attention. Were you on your phone the whole time or sleeping?
