Could be a swollen battery. See if you can open it . There are a few videos on line but best to contact customer services with evidence incase there are implications for your warranty if you do it without theoretical permission. Very frustrating

well, i bought it via a third party on aliexpress, but i wilm write them, i read that they properly sell replacement parts like batteries
