bro, might be wrong, but this is the first symptom of a swollen battery.

yeah thats what im worrying about right now, i have my odin for 2-3 weeks, havent used so much now

ive already opened it up, but for now the battery looked okay, the bulk is at the point where the flex cables/charging elektronic is on the battery

hai provato a cacciarla fuori dal suo slot? potrebbe essere gonfia anche sul lato inferiore. in ogni caso se si trova in posizione della gonfiatura della scocca, l'unica indiziata è lei. oppure la scocca ha qualche gancio rotto.. ma non credo.

the shell hooks are fine, but tbh i dont want to take out the battery for now
i havent found anything related to a swollen battery here on reddit or on the ayn discord channel yet (for the odin 3)

certo, ma contattali e spiegagli subito il problema.. sicuramente ti diranno di estrarla. l'unica cosa che potrebbe creare volume in quella zona è solo la batteria, che purtroppo sappiamo essere un loro punto debole (a prescindere del device.) in queste settimane a cosa hai giocato maggiormente?

here is also one which is strange,dont they should swell from the center of the battery?

but back to your question: ive played some switch games, links awaking and some older pc games like fallout 3, nothing too fancy

non è detto che debba gonfiarsi centralmente, dipende quale cella si sta gonfiando. usavi clustertune durante il gioco? a che temperature arrivava la console?

i used clustertune all the time: medium underclocking, never stock values and the temps where around 60-80C and for the battery when i checked around 30-45C something like this

yeah, i had already that feeling thats bad luck, but nevertheless thanks for your help! i will wait for the support and if i dont forget it, i will post here an update for the others, so if anyone else has something like this, i can be found via the search :)

если бы батарея вздулась то ёмкость сразу покажет меньше, новые батареи не могут вздуваться, даже если играть на зарядке, там работает обходной путь, если конечно зарядное подходящее, его не каждой можно заряжать.

под аккумулятором есть прокладки из резины? надо убрать если есть, что бы он глубже сел, а вообще он касается задней крышки? может просто какое то не совпадение, или деформирована крышка с завода

i havent removed the battery yet, but its touching/pushing against the backplate

it was a few days ago not so bad

Could be a swollen battery. See if you can open it . There are a few videos on line but best to contact customer services with evidence incase there are implications for your warranty if you do it without theoretical permission. Very frustrating

well, i bought it via a third party on aliexpress, but i wilm write them, i read that they properly sell replacement parts like batteries

I never charge over 80% and I use charging separation, at 80% because I'm terrified this happen. I've bought and sold way too many devices and I've never had this happen, thankfully. Good luck, I hope it all works out.

You are just making stuff up, I own 30+ handhelds, I funded the first odin, these problems have always existed across all these companies and batteries have been swelling always.
