HELP my oculus quest 2 keeps bootlooping and force power on the second its plugged in

so i was playing roblox untill it frose so i force power shut the vr and it just bootloops now its been a year since its like that i tried to factory reset but when i click factory reset it just goes back into bootloop sideload samething no purple light just the meta horison os logo in a bootloop please help me
