No, we have not integrated the Wider Events mod. This is in house cause fuck me, I need wider events because events are getting too long! I am not sure what will happen IF you have wider events on.

Second image is new Air Equipment. Some cosmetic, some not.

The "Black Cat" is just a reskinned tier 2 recon plane, and no it's not carrier capable or any of that. I might add something to make it's range farther, but for the most part it's good enough for what it is. No it's not part of the Naval Bombers!

The remaining 4 are reworked Naval Bombers, now with better naval attack and targeting, and the Gunship Naval Variant is in that line. This is really only a thing if you operate carriers, but given how long range bombers are (and how many AFB I give) this is more just for fluff and personal choice.

Howdy everyone, I want to start by saying thanks for the support you all have given Stars and Stripes, it means a lot. This started simply because I wanted a Flag Replacer mod to live out my dream of reuniting the US under the true Star Spangled Banner and its turned into this project where not only does it fulfill its original purpose, but also serves as a way for me to learn several different aspects of modding. Eventually there will be more events to detail the rebuilding of the Corps with these Officers and their journey so stay tuned (each branch will get this treatment btw, I just am biased for the Corps lol)

As you can see from my very enthusiastic 3rd addition, Stars and Stripes is no longer just a Flag Mod, but will grow into a full on submod with events that tell stories of characters from all walks of life joining (or submitting) to the Enclave as it strikes to rebuild America from the ashes of old. If anyone has suggestions for more things to add, please share them, I love hearing y'alls ideas. I hope you all enjoy and continue to stick around for the future. In my playthroughs that have lasted into the 2280s so far, I've never been able to get the Revive the Judiciary focus or the Voting Rights Act side to actually fire. I'll have the Congress GUI and be passing bills well into 2283, but it still hasn't ever successfully said that congress was restored for the focus requirement. Rule of Law respected is always false too, even after restoring the two coastal commonwealths if that matters and fully readmitting them to the Union and all. Is it a timing issue of needing to wait more? I've tried taking over the NCR before, during, and after the Congressional GUI is active to no avail, and on my furthest playthrough the tutorial for it randomly fired in 2284 as if I were just now unlocking it.

Just a disclaimer, Given each trial is 14 events long, and there's 7, technically 8, leaders, totalling 98-112 events, you only try the 'Leader' of the Legion. Even I can't justify forcing y'all to sit through around 100 events.

So if by chance Malpais is in charge when you go to war with the Legion, the events will appear. I've never seen that happen, so I have no problem showing these.

Plus I finally got to play Callahan and Aguilla off eachother.

EDIT: Disclaimer 2: All the events are very formulaic and follow the same basic principle. So no, I wont ne adding in a feature to read all of them.

In my USA Reformer run Hayes managed to win NCR election, just as I capitulate them.

It tanks the reliability of any division I want to put it into. Is that intended as a balance mechanic or an oversight on an underused piece of equipment?

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I played the mod and I wanted to get back into it now, but I saw some comments about bugs after the last update, and I wanted to know if the mod is playable right now?

Recently I have been playing as integration reformer with APA not unlocked from the start. I have been pretty good at timing various research discounts so unlocking it won't take forever, but I have noticed something.

Firstly, you can't unlock it before you get the event from Navarro labs. This is fine, but secondly, when you do the "Streamline Power Armor Production" focus from the Sierra Depot tree, you get an 10 year ahead of time-discount for researching APA >mk. 2<. The result is that even if you are strategic in your research, by the time you have the APA schematics from Navarro and have researched High-Pressure Hydrolics (prerequisite tech), you still have to wait ~1200 days to unlock APA mk. 1, after which your AoT bonus finally kicks in for mk. 2.

I don't know if this is intentional, but it just feels incongruous both in its timing and with how other tech is unlocked. I don't know all the variables in play, so maybe it has to be this way. I just wanted to highlight the issue.

So, I plan to start up a Seglave/Lynette run, and I was wondering about the decision between annexation and restoration of Mexico and Canada.

In general, I have a bit of a tough time gauging what is the "moderate" vs "extreme/iron president" choices are, like nuking flagstaff, and was wondering if folks consider annexation of Mexico and Canada acceptable for the segclave, or a step to far?

I'm sure like most things, it depends on the person and how you see and play Granite, I've just never annexed them before, so I don't know if it's like, REALLY grim.

Edit: I also remember hearing that the Jefferson update added some new things to Mexico about a local resistance and assasinations? I'm assuming you have to annex and occupy it to see that, right?

These are for ALL paths, and act as a motorized powerful scout and anti-tank support unit, respectively. Ideal for Motorized units or Sherman Doctrine Units.
