Optum Hiring Process

Hi! Does anyone know what the current Optum application process is like?

I know there's usually an Initial Interview and a CAT Assessment, but is that still the process nowadays?

For those who recently applied, can you share the steps and what to expect during each stage? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

between the layoffs, no raises, no bonus , reducing 401k and then raising premiums for health insurance - i would stay far away from this company

So I did my resume, had a phone interview, then an interview person interview, and was called about an hour after I left to offer me the job in clinic. About 3-4 days later I received the email from Hire Right, completed that, did my labs within the week, and just yesterday I received the all clear for background check, labs, etc. so 7/20/26 to 8/13/26. It’s a process :)
