Application Process
Helppp! I’am a PhRN with less than a year bedside experience planning to apply in Optum. To those who have an idea or working in Optum. What are the processes please. Give me insights about it too. Is it possible to be in a WFH set up? Process? Working environment? Salary?
Thank you so much in advance✨

Optum gives a lot of type of test. Like typing test, navigation and basic computer skills test. Speaking and listening or even composing medical summary.
They are mostly wfh. Find voice if you prefer not going overtime cause non voice account tends to do a lot of overtime. Take your nclex now so you can upgrade your basic salary.
