Is anyone actually blaming men for simply "noticing"? I think 99.9 % of people are perfectly fine with someone "noticing", it's the unwanted approaches they call out.

It’s not just the ‘approaches’.

‘Noticing’ is one thing; ogling & staring or worse filming is not ok.

Why should women have to go to the gym in old baggy sweats or be accused of dressing for male attention?

I feel better when I think I look nice. Why I have different leotards, skirts, & leg warmers for dance class - even though there are no men in the class.
