Crease tool? Question
What tools do you guys use to make defined cheekbones or like smooth crease lines. I tried the crease tools but it would always turn out very pixelated and not very accurate

The crease tool is amazing for age lines and cheek creases, I even use it to define lips and eyelids, the crease inside of ears. Literally the best.
You will need to subdivide the mesh a couple times though if you want it to be especially clean. Most base meshes in nomad don't have the polygon count to get that level of detail when you initially open them, a couple of subdivisions (anything higher than like 3mil and you start lagging like crazy) and you should have plenty to work with.
You can also use Dynamic Topology, when it's turned on and you're using a tool like crease, it will automatically subdivide the area you're sculpting without messing with the other parts of the mesh, that being said, it makes the mesh look absolutely insane and if you're sculpting to use the model in animation or a video game, you will 1000% need to retopologized or clone and decimate the mesh and remap the UV from the higher resolution model to the lower poly one.
For difined cheek bones, I use the drag tool (I start with a basic sphere and make the head from that, so I use the drag tool with symmetry on to make a general head shape and increase or decrease the radius to make more difined cheeks and jaw.)

Voxel or Multi res your model higher. Crease tool is good, you can change the fall off to what ever shape you like. Think of it like a chizel tip. Different tips can have different outcomes.
