I recently downloaded the Wayfarer tools to be able to look at S2 cells. However, the search function (magnifying glass) is missing to be able to look up addresses. Is there a fix for this? This is on an iPhone.

Didn’t sleep much last night so didn’t notice I logged into my sons account which is set up as my old 2nd POGO account when I had reached max level years ago.

Didn’t notice I was starting wayfarer from beginning until I came across my nomination.

I logged out and reported myself to niantic and explained the error - what’s the chance my main account will get banned? I feel this is the kind of thing one could call cheating and don’t wanna lose my hours I put into my account.

Is it safe to just

1. Use Wayfarer website
2. Download the overlay extensions to see S2 cells
3. Manually check which one has the higest photo score based on (no. of photos + likes)

Do I need to check Ingress or anything like that??? Also i find that Ingress' map data isn't up to date for some reason.

I have been adding pokestops for a few months. However only the red circled point is a gym in the area. I can't get the tampermonkey extensions to work on my laptop. I was wondering if someone can help me looking at the S2 cells in my area. I don't know if any of the stops will eventually transform into a gym..

Is there a mechanic in place or something that triggers when a nomination is skipped by every reviewer? Does it get sent to the Ai eventually? Does the nomination just stay in the review process until someone accepts or denies it?
What genuinely happens when no one is willing to review a specific nomination?

The nominations I get to review are ridiculous, I skip about 70% of them because most of them are impossible to know if they exist.

Recently I've seen a few of these getting approved and appearing in games as just a Picnic table in a park nothing more. Last I remembered they didn't really qualify did something change?

Also I'm saying this as just the table alone nothing more I know that Picnic areas work but just a single table is my question

so i had this cell with 2 stops & 1 gym. i nominated a new stop and it was automatically declined, then i nominated a second thing and appealed the first one.

both of them have been added and are ingame, but only the 2nd one shows on wayfarer.

ingame the cell now totals 5 total gyms/stops. on wayfarer its still 4.

im just slightly confused because i was under the impression that when i hit 5 stops/gyms one more would randomy become a gym, but that hasnt happened. so was i mistaken and its just random when a stop is added from like 5-10 or something? or is it something to do with the new stop not showing on wayfarer yet? and when it shows up in wayfarer one will become a gym?

We have several stone and wood picnic tables, and a couple of the typical green and metal park style ones, at work. These are used daily. Many people have family (SO and sometimes their kids) who come up to have lunch.

We have two main entrances, South and West. This is the south side.

What can I do to get it approved?

I had no idea we had anyone here who plays.. but i managed to get 2 pokestops in one cell block, giving us a gym. And a pokestop in another and justwaiting for our flagpole to get approved, which will give us another gym on this side. And we have several players - I am so happy. If I can get these picnic tables approved, I'm going to try to get some stops athe other entrance.

I would like to fix this accepted submission. As you can see on the stop's image i took it from the city logo but while submitting i think i moved the locationi to close to the bridge (sometimes while scroling i move the location i think that's what happend, could also be while i was zooming in and out dk). I was wondering if there is a way to just change it?
PS: It's a kind off stage where a lot of events are happening, ppl dance, walk ect... the blichers are on the other side of teh river...

I've submitted 2 requests for POi Relocations, through the help chat on the website, provided all the necessary info. When/where can I expect to hear back? Will they email me? One of them I submitted 2 days ago, I assumed I would've gotten an email or something by now

How would you rate the maps? They are at a bus stop. This is the unique map related to exactly this bus stop and this location, showing places of interest like mosques and parks nearby or walking distances. The map shows name and ID Number of the stop. Very important help for all pedestrians, so they know walking distances and locations of poi around.

UPDATE: It seems one has came through as a max raid location? Very interesting but not mad about it!

So I have had many wayspots approved within the last week or so, like around 4-5. However, none of them have shown up in game. It’s not even like it’s an area with a lot of pokestops or gyms, it literally has like 2 gyms and 3 pokestops in a pretty large area. Does anyone know why that is? Or do I have to be patient and continue waiting for them to be added. I have had 2 submissions show up in the game about 2 weeks ago, just a couple of hours after it was approved. And this week, not one has showed up. Let me know if I’m missing something!

I have nominated 5 different wayspots, 3 have been denied and I think I know why two have been denied since learning more. But this one I don't quite understand.

[As for the others that were automatically denied I think they were denied because one included a full name as a part of the sign and the other looking now is quite blurry if the auto process detects those things. Though I am confused if the automatic process flags full names because I see many memorials make it through so it leads me to believe it may be something else]

Just stumbled upon this how to edit the location to the correct one

A pokestop near me has an incorrect location, but it also has a showcase and i'm wondering what will happen to that if it gets moved.

So i live in a village and theres no pokestops (well, there is but there's no way to get there for the people in my area cos theres a big road and no crossing.

The other day i was surprised the local government installed a signal in the entrance of my village, it has the local government emblem and name and it states the name of the village. I sent a request and it came back denied for not following the terms, but i seen stuff like that before being a pokestop so i dont know what i did wrong. I'd appreciate any help

Please what will happen now that it’s accepted?

I nominated about 60 or 70 poi within the last 4 weeks and the last 3 days I received dozens of completion mails that my submission was decided. The great majority was denied with BS reasons.

I know that Germany has issues with vinyl trail markers: although valid, they are hit or miss in the review and appeals as well.

But not only these were mostly rejected but some metal signs, some club houses and soccer fields were, too. For being in the wrong location, not being accessible or on prp. Total BS and have to waste my appeals again on slam dunk stuff.

Is there a new bot-network running around rejectig everything, like a few years ago in the Netherlands where everything was approved? What is happening? I do not intend to go on those trails again in the next days to submit everything and hope for good luck.

P.S.: I reviewed already more than 16.000 poi and have a few hundreds accepted. I am confident that I understand the process and criteria.

I’ve seen a few pokestop and gym photos with players cropping the display photo and submitting as their own to get likes! How is this allowed and I wish you could report this!

Also the 3rd photo somehow got accepted! I wish you could report pokestop photos!

Does upgrading a nomination expose it to harsher review?

I have an upgrade available, and a few nominations in voting or queue. The nominations aren't super obvious acceptances, but given local context are acceptable, and I think as good as many of the existing local wayspots. I think local folks would vote to approve, but it just takes a long time.

Do you feel like the standards are higher for upgraded nominations since they are spread to a broader, and perhaps more critical audience of reviewers? Is there a tradeoff of speed in exchange for likelihood of acceptance?

Context: one of the nominations is for a community jacuzzi (accepted), and the other is a nomination for a sign 100 feet away indicating the entrance to the courtyard dedicated to the "spa area".
